Hahahahahahahaha. In your dreams the Avs take that for Landeskog & Duchene.

Why so that? This is a rather pathetic comment

Nash would be a very nice addition to this team, however why would new york do that trade. What value does plekanec have to new York and if you were new Yorks gm would you still do it? Nash is definitely more valueable than plekanec as well.

Just because of contract size going both ways. I could see rangers bringing back Plek at a reduced rate if they like him.

Have could add a second and I think this works out.

I really have to spell it out for you? Firstly the Avs are trying to get younger. Balance Pacioretty against Duchene and that works only for the Habs. The Avs get an older player which doesn't fit. Term of contract is the same. Duchene's is higher but the Avs don't currently need to worry about cap space. Fucale is basically a throw in, most Habs fans don't even seem to rate him that highly and the Avs have young goalies to develop. Juulsen is on IR for one, and the Avs have Meloche, Timmins & Makar all who will be close to coming through to join EJ & Barrie on RHD so whilst he has value in a trade it's less to the Avs. Jerabek again is a throw in, undrafted KHL'er and again moving the wrong way in age for a team in a rebuild. So you want a very good centre, who will be the Habs number 1 centre in fact, plus our skipper and top 2-way forward for an older forward, a 1st, an injured prospect with some value, and some throw ins that have little to no value for the Avs. Bear in mind that Sakic's asking price for Duchene and Landeskog EACH (whether realistic or not is irrelevant, he has no need to trade either so can easily stand pat) was rumoured to be a young top level D or potential top level D plus a 1st plus....... so you aren't even close to the ball park let alone in it with this pathetic offer, and that's why it's in your (and other deluded Habs fan's) dreams!
