I thought Scarlett was supposed to be a good prospect? Not good as in future top 4 D but i thought he was expected to be a good, 3rd pairing d-man. Maybe i'm getting mixed up with someone else?

He put up 20 points as a 20 Year old in the AHL, hasnt improved since then though
