Why would we give up valuable draft picks for someone who may never play again, and if he does play, we're stuck with another overpaid player?

Got to agree with krakowitz why sign him sign a young gun or Jagr who still can stake on ice than get injured every year

But that doesn't mean we should take it. Of course Chicago would want to get free picks. But why does it make sense for Washington? It doesn't.
