Lottery Winners:
  1. Ottawa SenatorsOttawa Senators
  2. Nashville PredatorsNashville Predators
  3. New Jersey DevilsNew Jersey Devils
1Ottawa SenatorsSan Jose SharksNo explanation needed. Laf is going first.
2Nashville Predators-Big C that can slot right in.
3New Jersey Devils-Great talent to add to an already deep prospect pool, can play center or wing and can form a great duo with Hughes in the future. Has the potential to be the best player in this draft.
4Detroit Red Wings-Best D-man in the draft by a long shot and has top pairing potential. Detroit would have a very good future in defense with Drysdale and Seider.
5Ottawa Senators-Would be a phenomenal addition after adding Laf, would solidify the future of their top 6 for a good while.
6Los Angeles Kings-With Kopitar as their #1 center, and Turcotte and Vilardi coming up the ranks, adding this winger, would be a great supporting piece as a wing to any of the centers in their lineup.
7Anaheim Ducks-He will need one or two years before he is ready for the big show, but givng him the time to develop will work perfectly for when he comes in, he will be given a top 6 role when the ducks begin to transition their current centers to their top prospects like Zebras and now Perfetti.
8Buffalo Sabres-With Casey Middlestadt taking a bit longer to develop, bring in a great 2-way center may prove to be a great add. While another year in Liiga might do him good, he is ready to play in North America.
9Montreal Canadiens-With an elite shot and release, and good ability, Gunler would go a bit higher than originally thought and would be a great fit in Montreal. With a good base already in Kotkaniemi, Suzuki, Domi and Drouin, Gunler would be great addition to the top 6 in one or two years. As an 18 year old has put up decent numbers in a mens league and has great potential. Can prove to great player in this draft.
10Chicago Blackhawks-With Crawford not being the starter he once was, and lehner out of the picture. Askarov can be the future of goaltending in Chicago! No brainer for the Blackhawks to pick him up if he is available in this position.
11New Jersey DevilsArizona CoyotesWould be an absolute steal for the Devils if they can pick up Rossi with the 11th pick. He is in a setting that is very familiar to Devils scouts being with the 67’s (the devils have a handful of prospects playing for Ottawa’s OHL team). Over 2 points-per-game this past season on a very good 67’s team. Has the upside to be a top two-way forward in the NHL.
12Minnesota Wild-With uncertainty surrounding Dumba and Brodin, it would be a smart pick up for the Wild. A big defenseman with decent production. After a few years of development, could really have a good impact on the Wild blue line.
13Florida Panthers-A big center that can prove to be a great player in the future for the Panther’s organization. Is a bit on the older side of this draft but his first year playing college hockey gives him very good experience and give him the edge over many prospects eligible in 2020.
14Vancouver Canucks-After putting up 89 points with 52 goals in the OHL, Quinn has seen his draft stock rise immensely. Has great hockey sense and a great shot. While this pick may not even belong to Vancouver come the time of the draft, it is important to note the Vancouver has a history of being patient with their prospects. Giving him the necessary time to develop and after that bring him up, can prove to be a great move with the good young base that is being built in Vancouver.
15Calgary Flames-After two straight season being a point-per-game player in the WHL, Zary has very high top 6 potential. With a good frame and high end skill, he can prove to be a great center in the league for years to come. Getting him at 15 would be amazing.

MTL taking Gunler instead of Rossi is certainly not legit...

No way Rossi falls to #11 he's easily top 5 pick this year. Detroit takes Rossi #4 over Drysdale we need Center help not another RHD.

Why would mtl want Rossi

Because you take the bpa no matter what... If you absolutely need a goal scorer, you can trade Rossi or any guy like him in the line up for an even better goalscorer than the one you proposed
