Combined 2022 and 2023

Description

There are two ways to do combined draft:

1. Both years as if they were all one class (basically forget everything you know about the last year with the 2022 class).

2. Imagine they cancelled 2022 draft and lumped them all together for a July 2023 super-draft.

I picked the latter.
