Yeah i wanted to grab him but had used him yesterday for a “how far will this team go” sim lol wanted to use some players not everyone grabs for these

Random Player Generator from each team
Could be a cool concept. Is there any settings to make sure you stay cap compliant with random player generator from each team?

Pretty strong team, id prob look to trade Zegras for a better fwd imo, maybe try and get trochek and necas if you can. Necas should have good year and tro is on a line with panarin

Just too many injury prone fwds for me bit nice to see a team you have to thibk about in this format. If all stay healthy who knows but i see conference finals as a peak outcome for the team if nothing goes wrong

Really makes no sense imo for canes. necas price to term length is too low risk high reward given his potential ceiling, only thing j could see kove the needle on a necas trade to Nucks is Necas+ for Boeser

Fair enough, you know more about there needs and wants than i do lol just coming in with an outside perspective(canes fan) on what could get sabres over the top

I just think Keller is a steal for his price and age for any team that could pull a trade off for him and the fact that he can be a 65+point player on any team he’s on. Given he has had 2 60point seasons on a bad Arizona team

The RD Search Ends
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>budgeteam</b></div><div>Not worth it for the Senators.
If they acquire a D, they need a sure thing, and not another half measure. Not to mention, the Senators are already at or very close to their rumored budget. I don't think adding a defenseman at 2.2M who hasn't been great since leaving Edmonton makes much sense.
If it was something like Brannstrom for Bear at half retained, I'd be fine with the change of scenery move, since Brannstrom is probably done in Ottawa anyways. I don't get the rationale of Ottawa giving up a 2nd for Bear in what is a buyer's market. If there was 2nd on the table from anybody, I assume Carolina would have taken it by now.</div></div>
I think sens 3rd straight up for bear would prob get it done imo. But with current Sens team they probably give Brannstrom full year to prove he deserves an extension

Idk probably an over payment for Sens imo tbh. Could probably get Bear for a 3rd and 4th by himself or bear+4th for 2nd. Canes will probably be looking to move him throughout the season since picking up calvin de haan and having Coughlan and Chatfeild battling for 3rd pairing as well

<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>TMLBRIAN</b></div><div>Cup Contenders - but their goaltending would need to play average for that to be the case. Hart and Georgiev have both been under average goalies. But they have the potential with the rest of this roster.</div></div>

Was thinking of making this team in nhl 23 when it drops and see how well they’d do, just wanted some outside perspective!

Lol Johnny Gaudreau, Cole Caufield, Alex Debrincat, Jared Spurgeon “size” would say otherwise lmao but no doubt Dzingel gets call ups as well but the way this roster is ran many people will get a shot to play while Pacioretty is injured

Pashin is here to stay imo, no need to get rid of a promising prospect who already has the potential to make the team and still on an entry level contract

As Canes fan your overpaying for potential, you already have a player your currently trading who will either out produce in overall career or be slightly worst but not by much if Necas can start producing again

blockbuster
Even if this were to happen theoretically, Capitals would toss away any shot at a cup contending team for very long time after Ovi,Crosby,Giroux,Carlson retire.
With that roster 1 maybe 2 real shots at the cup if your lucky then a very long rebuild lol
