Yes. But centering KK almost guarantees you a more than ppg stats given how skilled ROR is.

That’s what I was asking. In some countries you might get a couple of years ban if your paperwork isn’t fine (Australia).

He was twice denied entry into US as he did not even try to get a visa. If he is not in the TC this fall, thats due to him. Btw, any specialists here on immigration laws? For how long the US might ban him for trying to illegally enter the country?
And after all that people are surprised that our players have issues with documents.

Stop overreacting. If he did not bribe officials, he will be in MN this fall. If he did, he will be facing charges.
FYI, this is a continuation of one of the top police officials case. He was helping players with a military id for a fee and was caught recently. 3 Salavat Ufa players (Kirill’s former club) are already on trial, including ex Flyers Vorobyev.
I will post the updates on all cases (Fedotov, Kaprizov and others) on this website once they are out, cause it looks like we cannot trust the media on both continents any longer.

If Russia Suspends Russian Players Traveling Rights
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>BURGHgirl</b></div><div>There is a little more to his story. He played for CSKA which is owned by the government and it's players are considered members of the military (the A stands for army). Fedotov told the team he was quitting to play in the NHL. They declared him AWOL and arrested him. I just saw that he was taken away in an ambulance, but who knows if that's accurate. Russian isn't going to allow it's national team goalie to abandon the military to go to the US right now. They are conducting annual conscription right now and are struggling to man the front lines. I suspect they will probably make an example of him</div></div>
I think hockey CSKA is no longer affiliated with the military that much, thus they get no extemptions. If that was the case, he would have already fulfilled his duty (in Russia the service is 1 year). We do not have the info about why he was taken by the ambulance, but this might very well be the advice of his legal team (say for getting an exemptions due to health issues. For instance, simulating brain concussion is a renowned way to avoid getting drafted since it is usually diagnosed symptomatically without using any modern tools so you can fake the symptoms). The fact that he was arrested is surprising to me. I myself passed through the process of getting an exemption due to leaving the country to study in the US and that is pretty easy. You just go there, write a paper and thats it. The fact that he was taken means that he did not do that despite having all the money for lawyers who could advise him on the issue. Btw, we are not playing international sports for a couple of years, so I doubt we need him in goals against Belarus and Russia U21. His case would go to the civil court, which means that the docs would be available online on the court’s website. If you want, I will translate them to you once they are out.

Fedotov is likely getting fined and then comes to Philly later this year. He has a right for a draft exemption since he leaves the country for a period longer than 6 months. Folks over 27 cannot get drafted, so Ovi, Geno and other older players are not affected. Btw, this is a common thing in countries with an obligatory military service. I remember the issue with soccer star player Son from the Spurs who had troubles with South Korean law due to that. So, i think there would be no trouble for Russian players to come to the NHL this summer.

But hey I give this the first proposal where someone legitimately wrote what it actually will cost to sign Fiala. I just saw one where it’s a laughable $6.5 mill. Yeah he’ll even laugh at that kind of offer. He’s getting over 7 if not 8 mill a year.</div></div>
I genuinly dont understand why he gets more than Kyle Connor, but in this post I tried to consider the worst case possible for CAR.

My take on Devils trade
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>NHLfan10506</b></div><div>I don't think Mercer or #2oa are being offered unless its a trade for Wallstedt, which I doubt is even considered by MIN.
What are MIN's biggest needs? I have always thought they needed lower AAV player or ELCs, 2C or 3C, 2RW or 3RW and Draft capital. And if they keep Hartman at C, they would have bigger need at RW. If they acquire a top-6 C, Hartman can move back to wing. Does that sound about right? Here are our assets for each group
1. Low AAV (Boqvist, Kuokkanen, Bastian, McLeod, Smith...maybe Graves or Johnsson retained)
2. C (Zacha, Boqvist, Zetterlund, McLeod)
3. RW (Tatar, Zetterlund, Thompson, Johnsson, Stillman, Clarke)
4. Draft picks (2nd this year (#37), 3rd this year (#69), future protected 1sts)
Just spitballing packages here...
1. Fabian Zetterlund, Tyce Thompson, 2022 2nd round pick (#37)
2. Pavel Zacha, 2022 2nd round pick (#37), 2022 3rd round pick (#69)
3. Ty Smith, Chase Stillman, 2022 3rd round pick (#69)
4. 2023 1st round pick (protected), 2022 2nd round pick (#37), 2024 2nd round pick
5. Jesper Boqvist, Ethan Edwards, 2022 2nd round pick (#37)
6. Janne Kuokkanen, Arseni Gritsyuk, 2022 4th round pick (#101)
7. Ryan Graves (50%), Samu Salminen, 2022 3rd round pick (#69)</div></div>
Actually, I would consider carefully an opportunity of getting Gritsyuk. I would think about that overnight.
