<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>mokumboi</b></div><div>Bozak is washed, I think. Pains me to say that, but the guy can't even win draws anymore.

As for Barby, he has already had seasons of 25% and 23.3%, and he's pretty selective about shooting, so it's not the craziest thing ever for him to be over 20%. All players go through this stuff at some point. Schenn slumped way harder for way longer last season. Frenchy has slumps most every season. Kyrou's heading there now.

But I am starting to think maybe our group needs a small shake up to wake the boys up. Their effort level has been wildly inconsistent lately. Maybe it's a lull, maybe we have some nags going around, maybe it's an issue to worry about. I'm not sure. I think I might be more inclined to try moving Schenn before moving cheaper, younger guys like Barby and Sunny. Just from a cap future standpoint, really. I've even wondered if the Jets would do a Copp swap built around him. The things that stop me with that idea is 1) he's so good in the group &amp; 2) that contract ain't gonna easy to work with</div></div>

You might be right about Bozy, hard to say. He's not a great option for 4C and he's getting beat out anywhere else too. To be clear, Barby is good value and good fit no matter where you play him, but if some desperate team comes in with a big offer, you gotta listen to them. Could flip futures for more help on D while trusting Dak/Brown/Bozak to step into the forward hole.

You're spot on with Schenn, it hurts the room big time but escapes the potential albatross contract.
