You clearly don't get the explanation of how a contract like weber's has value to a team trying to reach the floor, LTIR or IR or however they designate him has nothing to do with the value a front loaded contract has to them.

I understand completely you're forgetting players like Seabrook Who has a similar hit to Weber and whose contract is 90% insured

You are not getting a fourth for Weber's ltir contract. There's plenty of those out there Arizona can pick up Seabrook or Duncan or probably a bunch of others I can't think of right now furland so yeah the 4th is delusional
