5 BOLD predictions for the Bs this year
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>IconicHawk</b></div><div>I don’t know why more people aren’t talking about Hall, one of the most underrated players in the league</div></div>
It's just that he's been playing down the lineup mostly to balance the lines. He's still one of the top 6 forwards on the Bruins, but skating with Coyle & Fredrick mostly at even strength. He's signed long term, and is going to be part of the Bruins continuing to be good (not this good, but good) as Bergeron and Krejci finally start to slow down and eventually retire.
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>BruinsFan35</b></div><div>
4) Krejci is on pace for 25.77 goals and 46.86 assists for 72.63 points over 82 games. Not a bad return season.
</div></div>
Krejci looks like he always did. Looks great on the Czeching line with Pasta and Zacha when they go with that look.

Deadline Game Plan
Agree that these 2 guys are real targets for BOS (finally not a Horvat trade), but don't see the point of moving Reilly, especially if the cost is a 2nd. It's better just to keep him for depth, then buy him out in the summer since the penalty is only 300k.

I’d rather just take a 3rd (or possibly even a 2nd if someone offers that) for Schenn

5 BOLD predictions for the Bs this year
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>BruinsFan35</b></div><div>Alright, 30 games in, here we go:
1) the Bruins still have 3 ppg players in Marchand, Pastrnak, and McAvoy. They’ve also got three more players at .75 ppg right now (Krejci, Hall, and DeBrusk) who could all break ppg with a good streak in the coming weeks.
2) still nothing from Lysell or McLaughlin, but a killer few weeks from Lysell recently and a better, more consistent string of play from McLaughlin could earn either of them a look soon, especially with the current Craig Smith situation.
3) Swayman is coming off of a great performance last week, but Ullmark is a clear cut Vezina candidate so far. He should be the true #1, but the ability to rest both goalies is a nice thing to have.
4) Krejci is on pace for 29.52 goals and 75.44 points over 82 games. He’s been great, and has been far more consistent recently than he was earlier on in the season. Free Agency signing of the year imo.
5) the Bruins are still killing it in terms of standings, leading the NHL and the Atlantic division in both points and point %. I don’t know if I’ll continue to update this every ten games, but if the Bruins were to go 26-26 in the next 52 games to end the season, they’d have 102 points. If they were somehow able to maintain their current point % (.833) over all 82 games, that number jumps to roughly 132 points. Not bad</div></div>
I don’t know why more people aren’t talking about Hall, one of the most underrated players in the league

EDIT: Also I would put Matt Wood and Andrew Cristall in the top 20.

I think the bruins are going to do everything in their power to Re-Sign Pasta. No excuse to lose a home grown talent like that who is one of the best players in the entire league. The cap will be a problem but they will have to figure that one out.
Only the Boston Red Sox like to not pay their home grown talent in this city.

On a more serious note, where's Lukkonen? I keep waiting for him to breakout. Thought he was going to be a stud by now.</div></div>
UPL is still pretty young, especially for a goalie
He’s not yet 24
And while his development has been a bit up & down,
Ryan Miller wasn’t our starter until he was older
And as a Bruins fan,
I’m sure you remember how long it took for Tim Thomas to break out
Goalies are wacky when it comes to their development timeline
We all know that
There’s just no standard for it

Ully or Lindholm to be honest. Lindholm has been really good so far and has stepped up with all the injuries we had. Ullmark has performed amazingly so far and yes last night was bad, but he was bound for one and bounced back in OT with a couple of HUGE saves. Right now i think those are my front runners.

Hall of Fame level ceiling compared to Fantilli, who I see as a top line forward but not elite, if you get my meaning.</div></div>
Bedard has generational potential where as Fantilli has high elite upside . Fantilli is like Eichel or possibly a bit better (pre injury Eichel) . Bedard could be Matthews/McDavid level

I think the analysis is fair. But if I draft Fantilli and end up with the next Ryan Getzlaf and he lives up to it... I am thrilled!
