Think vancouver would do that. I don't see arizona retaining on a guy for 4 yrs. Think it will cost more than a 4th for any team to retain on kane if is $4 mil.

Not a fan of tor or wash but I dont think it's a horrible trade for Wilson. It might need a little bit added but it's not far off in my opinion.
The vancouver trade is horrible.... why would they trade schenn for ufas when they want a decent prospects or pick.

Thanks. I think most canucks fans still see demko as a top started since the team sucks. I wouldnt trade him this year (for van or the team trading for him). He needs to prove he's good to go.

Vancouver sucks bad. It's not on demko, or any other goalie. Vancouver isn't trading demko. He will be back to his top 10 started for next yr.... hopefully.

I would obviously love a 1st but realistically I think a 2nd or a 3rd with a good prospect (not elite) are more likely.

I dont see vancouver making a trade for Johansen for miller because van management seems to really like him. However I will play the game. Miller, schenn, hoglander for Johansen, fabbro, Tomasino, 2nd (2023).

Are you sure you don't want podkolzin, kuzmenko and jt at 50% retained also. The funniest part of the deal is retaining 50% of beoser. A guy that's on pace for 65 points for $3.325 for 2 more yrs. You would have to give up a 1st for that alone. Also vancouver is not trading thr 1st round pick (2023).

Ya. I just heard that to. I guess if the return is increased if they retain. I like boeser so I wouldn't do it. His points per game are the same as his other years. Just not the goals.

I dont see vancouver retaining on a boeser deal. Boeser is not a bad player. Slightly over player but I feel like without top pp time under bruce really hurt his value. He's still on pace for his same career points per game.

I think new jersey should just stay with their prospects. I'm 2 years they will be amazing. But I will keep trying to trade you Boeser and Garland. I wish vancouver had this talent coming up.

I dont see vancouver trading demko. Rutherford doesn't have much longer in the league to try and make the playoffs. Demko would cost alot more.

It's for next year so pittsburgh would have the summer to figure it out. I feel like vancouver is getting the lesser players but make up for it with the lower cap hits.

I disagree. I think Smith is worth the gamble. Myers is a top 4 defenseman, maybe a 3rd but nothing retained.

Ya they sure did dodge a bullet. I wish vancouver signed horvat last summer, like I wanted. I think he would have been $7×7or8 yrs. It's like this management didn't watch the same players as the fans.
