This doesn't do anything for the Caps. Perry is bad now and Caps already don't have enough space for their kids, so adding Perry would be bad.

Gibson probably needs a year in the AHL at least, though Hunter could probably be back up.

Lindgren and TvR get better returns. Iorio, also isn't ready for top 4 time.

Hard pass by the Caps. They are set at D and Lindholm is over rated. Not worth sending two potentially great 1st round picks and a very good young defensive defensemenn for that package, let alone Kuz, who could have a major bounce back year.
