Pretty much what I expect to happen minus Rinaldo, that experiment is over. Maybe Griffith and Ferraro as extra FWD's. Hopefully Vesey at left wing(fingers crossed) :-) and no Stempniak.
I don't like Rinaldo, but I'd rather keep Griffith in the AHL if hes not in the top 9. I think he can play.

He can play at the AHL level, but Griffith has Chris Bourque written all over him. His size/speed combination will hold him back from ever being anything more than a tweener.

you clearly don't know the oilers if you have Korpikoski in top 6...

One year left in his contract, he can move with Lewis, they have to start somewhere and this is it...next year when his contract expires they'll be more UFA's to try and trade for.

Why would either NYR or PHI want to do these trades. Those teams don't get anything from doing them. They just become worse teams, even if the pieces back are close in value. It doesn't make sense.
Clearly you're stupid. If you follow hockey, NYR have lost a ton of prospects because of trades at deadlines trying to get solid depth players with retained salaries for cup runs, and now, they suck. They need prospects, Nash is not doing well in NY, and Thomas Chabot is a terrific player, and Lazar has great upside, and the 2nd round pick has some great value, not to mention NY gets rid of a ton of money to be able to sign other players possibly better than Nash. Same with Philly, they get a solid, great, character player in MacArthur who had 24 goals and 55 points just 2 seasons ago, which was his last full season (that's more goals than the 22 goals Giroux scored this season), and then a future #1 centre in White, and then a FIRST round pick, not to mention, cap space, for a team in need of it. So the teams would definitely do these deals, and they make perfect sense, just not for you bud.

MacArthur sucks. The Nash trade is kinda fair (I think Ottawa is giving up too much tbh) but giroux is an elite player and is worth more then a good prospect and a mid 1st round pick. MacArthur is just a waste of cap space
MacArthur is actually really good, 55 points in his last full season, and more goals than Giroux had this season, that is really good, so adding White, and a 1st to MacArthur would make it a great deal. Besides, the Flyers have great depth at center (Coutourier, Schenn...etc), not to mention, they would have more cap space to go get another great centerman, and they would also have Colin White.

If you wanna base this on past performance giroux has eclipsed 90 points. So a 90 point player for a 55 point player. Or more recently... An 80 point player for a 55 point player. Giroux also makes players around him better. As a pens fan I hate giroux but I can't deny his talent. One of the best centres in the NHL

I love bryan rust, so I wouldn't want him to go. I would rather ship out Sheary or Wilson.

Glen, now you know Ladd is a UFA and Stuart is OK. Do you think Wayne Simmonds, a premier power forward could be had for so little? Maybe Wayne "Neumann" Simmonds.

Wow, look at all that cap space....over 7m for next year. Even if Staal isn't moved, the team looks solid.

Yeah, it does look decent. I wish we had better RHD"s who could skate though.
