No... not a chance.
Minnesota needs what again? Say it with me, now. A top six center. What has Rossi become and proven himself to be this year? A top six center.
He's NOT available. For any price, as there's no package NYR can put together that gets them to consider moving him.

Yeah, I don't imagine Goligoski getting much if any interest. He hasn't played well, but I guess who knows. Maybe some team will want him for playoff depth or something.

Sounds about right. He's not exactly playing lights out this season. Minnesota picked him up for a 2nd when he was 2 years younger and playing better.

Chychrun trade is definitely a lowball. If there is no A-tier prospect then the centrepiece of the deal can't be a 2nd round pick.

All these trades heavily favours the Wild... What will a REBUILDING Flyers do with 36 years old Mats Zuccarello? 2 b tier prospects and a 2nd doesnt get you Chychrun

I think it's what Keefe says to Shanahan before he gets fired. It might be the reason Keefe gets fired. Shanahan does not like Dave Chapelle. Or Rick James. Or Charlie Murphy (may he rest in peace).

Don't mind that, doesn't have to be Maroon, the oilers just need a cheap player with 50% retention. The reason for the ACGM is the Calgary trade

<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>CoolHandL</b></div><div>Granted, Kotkaniemi is younger and has a few years to get to JEE's level. But, according to hockey-reference.com for 23-24:

Expected +/-: JEE 3.0, Kotkaniemi: 1.4

JEE 39.48
KK 38.94

KK edges most analytics. You want to see where the difference is?
On ice save percentage
JEE .913
KK .896
On ice Shooting percentage
JEE 10.19
KK 6.34
They're very comparable as of this minute. With KK's age and cheaper cap hit, I think it's understandable to rather have the Finn, and I love JEE. Plus, when KK scores, Montreal cries, and that just makes hockey better for everyone.

Canes don’t consider any of these. If the Wild have any plans to trade JEE, the Canes probably go for Necas and a 1st as the centerpiece of the deal instead.

Likely not considering that Minny has a lot of issues with their Cap, but JEE isn’t one of them.

THings to do after cap hell
Way too light on Faber and Rossi for 8 years. Faber probably gets 7-8 years, 7M+. Rossi probably gets bridged, I'd think.
Doubt Kumps is ready, but probably a good bet that Yurov and/or Khusnutdinov are getting regular games.

I don't know how seriously to take the contracts. Rossi and Faber are getting way more, especially on 8 year deals. Kumpulainen and Ohgren probably won't be good enough to be in those lineup spots by that season. Khusnutdinov and Yurov probably will be. Matt Dumba isn't coming back and the Wild shouldn't want him back. You don't have any of the young LD (including Chisholm), Hunt is already better than Mermis. Duhaime is probably gone after this season.

They're not in the market to either sell a defenseman, unless it's Merrill, or acquire one anymore.

Looking over the Avs' org, I don't think there is anything Minnesota wants in return that would convince them to trade him away after the extension, especially to a division rival. Unless the Avs are willing to part with their 1st in June, which I assume is a no-go.</div></div>
Not to mention, Colorado has their version of Ryan Hartman in Ross Colton. It doesn't make sense for either team.

Minnesota isn't trading Hartman, who they just signed, for a 2nd three drafts from now. You're going to have to give them something they want more than Hartman.

I do however think Brodin should have a shout for an A atleast if ekkers would get it or Zucc left.

Roster Shake Up
1) Zuccarello just extended and has a NMC.
Not going anywhere.
2) Middleton is their largest and most physical d-man, and the only one of that ilk in the top 4. He's not being moved.
Especially now that Spurgeon is out for the year.
3) Hartman just extended and has a NMC.
He's not going anywhere. Especially not for as pitiful a return as a 3rd. He's easily worth a 2nd or 1st depending on the teams wanting him.
4) Gaudreau has a 15 team M-NTC. You better hope Montreal isn't on it. He's also worth a 3rd at minimum.

Both lol.
Seider is a near invaluable asset and is defining the timeline of the team.
Wild have Faber, and trading Kaprizov to have him be the 2RD isn't really worth it.

Detroit needs D more than forwards. Combined with Seider due for hi first raise compared to Thrill's second raise makes it a no go.
