Personally I think Leafs but we will see.
I legit do not see how this team cracks the top 10. Also buffalo is going to go mad trying to make the playoffs.
Florida is going to be better.

I am interested to see how Pet feels, especially since the Blues gave Faulk that big deal.
I could see Florida being fed with Ekblad who cant win, sent him to the Leafs for either Nylander or Marner

Then Flordia has a new playmaker
They also probably have some money on the Pet deal because of the whole state tax thing I dont fully understand

If he would take 7×8mil I think it just makes sense to use Ekblad as a trade chip.

I think I would send Dermott.
For 5 I would even send 17 because if the Leafs have their top 4 locked and 38 patrolling the 3rd pair as much as I love Dermott he is expendable

If they responded with give us Dermott I would say well he was a 2nd and can you give us a conditional 3rd. Make the playoffs it's a 2nd.
Miss and it's a 5th.
