I don't mind Hutton, but having a slow Perry isn't the best choice. I would rather sign Donskoi or Panik, even higher-end players like Lee, Zuccarello or Dzingel.

Money talks and the Sweden culture is strong with DET. Plus, being away from the spotlight while still playing in a great hockey market does have some appeal.

No, it's been confirmed he can play in Grand Rapids because he was on loan to Halifax by his European club.

I'd like to make more room, but the fact he can go to GR, coupled with the fact he is so young, I think makes him a lock to start in GR.

I think NYI adds because of Nelson's RFA status. If he's signed to a cap-friendly contract, I think Nelson + 2018 2nd for Nyqvist + PIT 3rd or DET 4th.

Sproul isn't eligible to down to Grand Rapids, he'll need to pass through waivers - First year is 2-way $600k and <strong>2nd year 1-way</strong> at $650k
