To grab a young top 6 forward from a team that needs them is nearly impossible unless you're giving them something that covers an area of weakness, you're not doing that here

Sean Monahan isn't going back to Montreal.
That joke of an offer doesn't get Troy Terry out of Anaheim.
1 Boston
2 Florida
3 Tampa
4 Buffalo/ Detroit/Ottawa.
Montreal is a long ways away from making a playoff push.

Anaheim isn't giving away Mason McTavish.
You seriously think a couple of 30+ year old bottom feeders and Loosing a 3rd is adequate compensation for McTavish? Do you understand how trades work?

Calgary isn'r doing a Goalie for Goalie swap. They'd just go Wolf and Vladar.
That pathetic offer isn't getting Trevor Zegras out of Anaheim. That offer makes no sense for Anaheim.

Keeping Pace With Laine Rumors
Anaheim would have no interest in Poulin or Joseph, particularly the latter inasmuch as we have 5 NHL-qualified left-handed defensemen on the roster for next season already.
You can't construct intelligent trade proposals by starting with what assets you think are easily expendable. The first step in any such construction is deciding what asset(s) you would like from a team, and the second step is to imagine what that team needs and would want in exchange for said asset(s). For Anaheim, that's a quality RW or RD as a beginning.

First Trade in Utah
Absolutely horrible for Anaheim. Leo Carlsson is NOT for sale, let alone adding a 1st round pick to get, essentially, a non-NHL defenceman (on a good team) and a decent 3rd line/borderline 2nd line player.
Also, what RavensShadow said.

You've been wrong before, you're wrong now, and you'll continue to be wrong, Zegras is clearly better than anyone available at 5OA this year, and that's on a ceiling to ceiling comparison, saying nothing of the fact that Zegras is a known NHL top 6 entity and the draft pick is for a prospect that can bust.

Nothing emotional in what I said. These are professionals who do this for a living and the negotiations aren’t even handled by them, but by agents. Some negotiations are quick, and others take time. It’s a business
Even if they decide to move him, it’d be for a heck of a lot more enticing package than this

Or, plot twist, we don't trade him, he becomes McTavish's LW since they're both buddies, and when McTavish isn't 2C for whatever reason (demotion, injury) then Zegras can slide to center to fill in.
"We've got too many centers" said no team, ever.

And it's more retention than Anaheim is interested in providing for a pick swap, and Gibson doesn't want to play in Toronto anyway, so much so to the point his agent put out a statement about how he wouldn't waive his NTC to go there.
You are correct however, the goalie market is a sellers market this year, and the UGA options are uninspiring.

Right now not that make sense for the asking price. With Zegras he has been injured and he had an off year. But with 2yrs left on his contract and another 2yrs until he is a UFA Anaheim has no reason to sell low. It will take a massive over pay to pry him out to get him out off Anaheim.

Ducks don’t want a single one of those pieces in a Zegras trade. Try again from scratch with one of Danielson or Pellikka.
By the way, you won’t find an ANA fan here who wants him traded. If that price is too high I get it, ANA just isn’t interested though. There’s no reason to be trading him

Offseason
Fabbri is a half-a-point-a-game lame duck and Berggren is not an A prospect -- his ceiling looks pretty much like a middle-6 complementary player. You'd have to offer Nate Danielson with your 2024 first to have a chance at persuading us to put Trevor Zegras on the market, which he isn't right now, and that's only if (1) we were to land Celebrini or Levshunov with our own first, and (2) someone we liked were still on the board at #15.
Your 2025 first is acceptable only if you're also giving us your 2024 second because the whole world (incl every Ducks fan) knows you're not trading Raymond or Seider, and no one else on your roster would interest us one-for-one even if we were to add significantly.

keeping ghost and kane well also making moves
Fabbri is a 28-year-old 0.5 PPG bottom-6 lame duck at a position where we have a surplus already, Husso is a barely adequate backup, Wallinder is a nice prospect but we have 5 NHL-qualified left-handed defensemen on next season's roster already, and that future second will be of little impact until 2027. It's actually hard to imagine who on our roster we would accept that package for, but it certainly isn't enough for John Gibson without 50% retention.
In general, you can't construct reasonably rational trades if your starting point is What spare parts can I afford to give up? and then looking around to see what you'd most like to have from another team, or vice versa. Here, this feels like you started out by asking yourself Who is the goaltender I'd most like to have? and then tried to throw as little value as possible at him.

Haha, no, that's not worth the retention, let alone downgrading Gibson into Husso.
Don't want or have room for Fabri, don't have room for Willander, definitely don't want Husso.
Trades have to work for both teams. Unloading 9 million in dead cap and then laundering another 3 million in exchange for a pick in the 50s and a middle of the road prospect, to say nothing of giving up the best player in the deal, is a complete non starter.
