With Eddy our LHD is complicated cause eddy gets minutes off his name, with him gone it eases the log jam and makes more minutes for guys like Xhekaj

I don't think they'd give up Beck, Roy or Hutson, I could see them packaging a couple prospects like Ylonen and Kapanen but if everythings true that we are hearing PLD will want to come to MTL in FA so giving up beck or another top tier prospect doesn't make sense on top of a top 20 pick

Edit: and on the Slaf stuff I think its 100% realistic that hes in the NHL but I still think this season should've been AHL and with his injury it makes me think next year should be aswell

I agree that he shouldn't play outside top 6 but for the first game i think 3rd line minutes is a good pacing to begin with, after he joins Dach and Gurianov with Gurianov sliding to the RW

Id rather keep Beck, if its true PLD wants Montreal then Id only pay the FLA 1st plus Dvorak just to keep him out of Free agency and if winnipeg says no then just wait and try to get him for free.

*I know the 1st and Dvorak isnt the right value* but its all I'd pay cause Montreal has good odds to get him in FA if he makes it there, if they don't get him in FA then thats fine cause I think Suzuki and Dach can be a good 1-2 up the middle
