<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>RobbStark03</b></div><div>... I am willing to bet most GMs disagree with you and your idiotic opinion.

Substance abuse also covers pain killers, which goes hand in hand with battling serious injuries he plays through. Including dragging the same bottom feeding Montreal Canadiens to the Stanley Cup Finals. When Price empties the tank, he is almost unbeatable. In the regular season, he doesn't, and hasn't for years. Hence Allen, who has been standing on his head this season, and helped drag Montreal to the playoffs last year...

Edmonton does this, because no one in their right mind takes Koskinen and Smith over Price and Allen. Not to mention Toffoli is far better than the 2 cap dumps.</div></div>

never said smith and Koskinen are a great duo but 4 more years of price is a massive risk for an oilers team that doesn't need to risk it all to win today. they should definitely be looking for upgrades in nets but price isn't the answer

wouldn't call 11-12-5 with a 907 dragging the habs into the playoffs plus we only made it due to murdering the canucks all year and being in a weak division in terms of teams depth, yes Toronto, Edmonton and Winnipeg are legit but the rest sucked

Fleury, rask and Campbell are free agents next year unless signed before hand, they're are also trade scenarios for Edmonton that aren't for price

I guess your plan is when price gets hurt you pray that Allen can play strong enough that you make the playoffs and that price is healthy for the playoffs and plays out of his mind as he did last playoffs for the habs. If price gets moved I will apologize to you but until that day I am sticking to the fact that no sane gm will trade for price and the only chance is for a very desperate team like potentially Edmonton in 2 years where if they still didn’t have a solid goaltending plan and would swing on two years of price. You'd be sane wanting to swing on two years of price but not 4

I just don't see a team wanting 4 unstable years of goaltending. and I repeat once again I don't think Koskinen and smith are the answer

only time will tell
