The jury has not witnessed Poulin yet. To say Kravtsov is a better prospect than Poulin is to be determined.

What is Marino worth from every team READ DESCRIPTION
I would like to see Marino start the season strong, then play strong and smart consistently throughout the season. His value will be determined later in the season.

I do not see any funnies. I would be lying if I said this was comical. It would be nice for the Penguins to win another Stanley Cup with Crosby, Malkin, and Letang before moving onto a new generation, and make the transition to the new generation gradually.

Olofsson is good on the power play. He has struggled on even strength goals. I think Olofsson will have his best season yet in point production.

Why would the Sabres want to trade their present best defenseman? Acquiring Dahlin would be an even swap for Barzal.

When do the Sabres not need a defenseman? Are you content with the Sabres' defensemen not keeping the puck out of the Sabres' zone, cause the majority of the game to be played in the Sabres' zone, and help the Sabres' goaltenders face 40+ shots every game?
I will agree about the Sabres not needed a problematic player and a bottom line forward. The Sabres have ran their course with those players.

I agree. The Sabres would be looking for impact players to compete. The Coyotes do not have any one else beyond Kessel to satisfy needs going to Buffalo.

Will Eichel get traded by the deadline
The idea of Eichel being traded at the deadline is not a thought at the moment. "What Eichel will we see?" is dependent on what medical treatment he receives, the length of recovery and rehabilitation for him to return to form, how soon he returns to play for the Sabres, and how he plays.

I doubt the Sabres need a quantity of assets if they focus on acquiring two or three quality players that can make a quick and productive impact to win sooner and often.

Monahan has a modified no trade clause. If the Sabres are not on Monahan's list of teams he would consider being traded do, then the Sabres would not pursue Monahan.

2021-2022: Jusso Riikola
Left defenseman Juuso Riikola is entering his fourth season in the Penguins organization. I hoped he would play more games, and be a defenseman the Penguins need. I wonder if the Penguins have a logjam of left defensemen in their development system, or if Riikola is not that good of a defenseman for the Penguins. Riikola will be an unrestricted free agent after his two-year term ends after the 2021-2022 season.
What are the projections for Riikola during the 2021-2022 season?

Unless the Penguins saw quality players that would upgrade their fourth line, they are not investing in fourth line players.

The Sabres had issues of acquiring quality assets in return in trades pre-Kevyn Adams. They will not have that problem for some time. Any team wanting Eichel will have to offer a quantity of quality assets ot the Sabres.

Thrill the Phil
The Penguins will not overpay for a playoff rental in Kessel. Starting out, the Penguins would need to offer a player who is on the outside looking in. Riikola has not had the playing time he deserves for the Penguins. He would see instant playing time for the Coyotes.

Extending Zibanejad through 2029-2030 takes the Rangers out of the Eichel trade rumor mill, and should end many garbage trade ideas that did not benefit the Rangers and Sabres.

Neal had his time with the Penguins. Neither sides worked well for each other. The Penguins are better without Neal.
Domingue is a good prospect signing. I would like to see how soon he can excel for Wilkes-Barre/Scranton, then play for Pittsburgh for some games if he is doing well.
