I see people trading a 2nd to get Pettersson. Chariot and Gavrikov went for 1sts and Pettersson is a much better player imo.

If you're taking out injuries as a factor, Kucherov is easily better. He would've had 100+ the last 3 years. Not the mention the 128 in 19-20 I think it was. MacKinnon is just overall a better player than Matthews. More points or not. Vasy is the best goalie in the NHL still. Makar is the best defenseman in the league honestly

He had a pretty bad year considering what he did in 21-22. He isn't a top 3 player until he proves it consistently
