Keller is 23 (so he fits the rebuild timeline), playing at an 35 goal 82 point pace (something the Yotes haven't had since Roenick), he's absolutely BELOVED in AZ and will likely be the next captain. It just isn't a fit, even if the value from Sjs is good.</div></div>
Keller was my top choice not realism maybe but also maybe same deal for Laine i think is fine. Laine fit better with SJ too sharks like big guys on forward.

Just wanted to explore the idea of him since he has term and doesn't have trade protection as someone who the Coyotes could be interested in and Avs could you use to get cap space to chare Giroux etc</div></div>
Girard is a guy that should be on your radar as a potential trade acquisition, but the timing isn't right quite yet. He's a huge part of the team at the moment.
In a couple years when (hopefully) Byram is healthy and seasoned AND at least one of Colorado's prospects (Barron, Helleson, Behrens) are ready for prime time then they could move Girard. I don't see it happening until after next year though.

No from Colorado. A contender is not gonna be interested in trading a top 4 defenseman for futures unless it's a ridiculous package.

ANA: Not terrible but Heinen is a good piece for this team and Deslauriers is one of the worst players in the league. Not worth spending a roster spot on him.
ARZ: Just no. Zucker is the one player that helps this teams forecheck, trading him would be stupid. ZAR is literally the best defensive forward in the league. Trading him shows how little you actually know about this team</div></div>
DAL: I disagree with literally everything especially that Marino and Hakaanppa are the same player.
ANA: Man come on
ARZ: It looks to me like you are the one that has absolutely no idea what you’re talking about.

You're actually gonna have to pay ARI something in the deal. They're not gonna trade value for crap.
ANA deal won't be happening you've underpaid
DAL fans won't be happy with this offer either

<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>Jrader17</b></div><div>Exactly or maybe AZ lines up another immediate deal to get Nemeth somewhere he's happy with. I'm a Yotes fan and if this was the return on Kessel it'd think it was fair and I love Phil's fit with the Rangers too, I just don't know if Nemeth does it.. idk maybe if Drury and the coaching staff tell Nemeth he's been passed by Jones etc and he could at least play by going to AZ.
One other option too and I know it would sting since he was part of the Buch trade, but Sammy Blais was a Bill Armstrong draft pick in Stl and his 1.5 mil could help (if the Coyotes retain on Kessel) Kessel (50% retained) for Blais and lower pick (like a 3rd) could also work</div></div>
NYR would like to keep Blais as he'll be a cheap RFA

Maybe he'd do it if ARZ promises to waive him. You're right tho I bet he wouldn't go there, so dumb of Drury to give that contract an NTC

3 way trade with DAL and ARI
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>Mr_Gardoki</b></div><div>AZ still needs to reach the cap floor and they're losing 90% of their contracts this off-season, so they get an upgrade from Crouse and a solid player to build their roster. While I'm sure they're not super concerned with filling out the roster with all great players, they still want some good players. They get a good player in Zucker with limited commitment.</div></div>
Which they could also do for free in the offseason. There's no real value there to Arizona outside of flipping him and its the cap retention making that possible. Holding on to Zucker for next year would just lower his value if anything. No reason to expect he'll have a better season playing for a depleted Coyotes team than he has for the Penguins.

<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>Imagine875948</b></div><div>No he doesnt. Mr_Gardoki please explain</div></div>
Yes he does. He is not producing, is overpaid, and is signed for multiple years. Trade value and team value are not the same thing. For example would you trade Kapanen and a 2nd for Monahan right now? Would you even trade Kapanen alone for him? Monahan is still a good hockey player but is not producing. Monahan has more value to Calgary directly because if he bounces back then he is good for the team, however his current market value is awful

Well then he has negative trade value. Like Lucic or Bailey.

</div></div>
bailey's been god awful this year but he is fourth on the team in points (bleak) and the cap's really not going to be an issue especially if salo takes one of the D spots, dobson's not getting a ton of money. i'd rather ride it out another year before giving up crazy assets to move him. ladd was unplayable and making more, bailey's been terrible but he's still playable and producing to some degree.

4 scrap pieces and some picks doesn't get you Chychrun. Lysell would be the starting piece. Then add Lohrei, your 2022 1st, 2022/2023 2nd and you are getting closer. Even then you are still short a major piece. So probably the 2023 1st would have to be traded too

I would assume anyone trading for Chychrun is just pipedreams. He’s not actually be traded unless the Coyotes got offered a stupid return (which isn’t happening) (stupid is like 4 firsts + prospects + more +) .
Chychrun I’d bet really is hoping to turn his favour; he still has time to play a spot into team Canada after Chabots red hot start has cooled. He’s on their depth charts but needs to perform to be a shoe in, I’d think he’s gonna do all he can to start putting together his case.

I loved Boyd on the Leafs.
He was heating up, then got thrown on waivers.
I never really understood why.
