Chicago is more poverty than Arizona at this point. I bet there are more players with Chicago over Arizona on their NTC nowadays. Lower taxes, nicer city, nicer weather, better leadership. Arizona may even have a better management after the tax scandal.

I'd personally take this in a heartbeat. I love the idea of Myers coming home and swapping (from my understanding) two underachieving players. However, I doubt if Faksa would waive his NTC for a Canadian team, especially Vancouver.
