Can’t see the Wild trading for a non-upgrade LD when they have Brodin-(Middleton)-Chisholm-Peart-Lambos-Hunt-O’Rourke in the NHL and AHL.

Minnesota isn't sending you Eriksson-Ek straight up for Marner.
They're sure as hell not adding all that.

Do you ever stop trolling?? Wild aren't trading any of those pieces for Marner. Stop with posting these Marner to Minnesota . Like You just bait. You posted these before and was told NO and you do so again. Wild aren't trading their top C, let alone Yurov for Marner signed or not. Wild Don't want Marner and Bill Guerin isn't trading for Marner or paying him. He's also never trading those pieces.

I like that idea. As for Zadorov and Yakemchuk, gotta get bigger on the blue line! It’s so crazy to me that our blue line is so tiny given the way Guerin likes to construct the roster. Ironic as hell.

You're woefully underestimating Wallstedt’s value to Minnesota.
That probably gets you Rossi.
Minnesota doesn’t consider moving Wallstedt unless they're getting a top ten pick back themselves. In this draft specifically, it would probably take closer to a top 5 pick for them to consider it. Did you really think a middle rung late lottery pick would get Minnesota to move the best goaltending prospect in the league?
There's even less than a snowballs chance in hell Wallstedt is available otherwise. Like I said, 14th ova gets you Rossi.

Sharks are rebuilding and a 30 year old LD (not hating him if we were a playoff team I would consider this) and a likely
AHL RD for a top 15 pick would be horrible asset management. Pass

Marner
Marner is an exceptional winger with high skill-level. That said, I wouldn't give up that package for him.
And any Leaf fan panning the trade, especially when it includes a budding goal-scorer in Quinn, the 11th-overall pick and a power-forward, center prospect in Wahlberg is overthinking Marner's worth as a pending UFA winger with more setup acumen than goal-scoring as well a penchant for playing rather small in the playoffs.

Oh, you don’t know what 3 year pace means. I got you, don’t worry.
If you take the total points from the last 3 seasons, divide it by the number of games played, and multiply that number by 82 games to represent a full seasons worth of games, you get a 57 point pace. That includes his career year of 71 points, a clear statistical outlier at this point. This 71 point career year is also not close to the 90-100 point player you claim he is.

I was concerned about his development with his injuries, and I also have concerns about the amount of time he's playing on the wing, but I understand that when he gets a prolonged look at center, he will become a genuine 2C at worst.
Sounds to me that you're struggling to understand here. Necas' speed is his premier asset. He's the fastest player in the league, statistically. No one reaches the speeds he does. In a system when he can fly the zone and use that speed to create breakaways, e.g. anywhere not coached by Rod (or Torterella, but you get the point) he'd be a 90-100 point scorer EASILY. He's the single most tied down player by Rod's system, and if you'd watched him, you'd see that.
If Stramel was good enough to get PP time and more than 4th line minutes he would... perhaps you should question your own judgement instead of mine and Mike Hastings judgement... and you should try using facts instead of insults, they're more effective</div></div>
Really?
You sure about that?
Mackinnon and McDavid would like to have a word.

Yep, there's an EXCUSE for everything when it comes to Canes players. But the other way around, that's just the way the player is. Lmao.
Don't tell me "if you'd watched him, you'd see that" and then turn around and talk about Stramel like you've seen anything more than a stat sheet.
Hey Caniac, let's see those facts that say Necas is a 90-100 point player. He's been at a 57 point pace the last 3 years. Just keep rolling the excuses. It's amusing.

I have season tickets to Wisconsin hockey. Stramel is definitely worth more than a 4th round pick.

No, Alex Turcotte isn't anything more than organizational depth at this point (along with Arthur Kaliyev). I think that the Kings are planning to use the two of them on a new fourth line (with Akil Thomas, if Trevor Lewis finally retires). I think that that's a trade that Los Angeles would make, though.

No acceleration for us. Just keeping with patience. Although the playoff drought is 8 years, the true rebuild is only 5. That's when Yzerman was hired. Our team isn't good enough to think about trying to buy our way into the post season yet. We have, I estimate anyways, 2-3 more years of either missing or fringe playoff team before we are likely looking to contend. Wrong team for this type of thing right now.

Exactly. A mid-season risto cap-dump however would be much more interesting if his injury is persistent.
