Sbisa and Etem don't even SNIFF a second rounder. Not with Vancouver's crappy GM.

Much Bonuses
Yeah, no...
Toews' head will explode if he has to carry TWO ******* rookies on his wings. We'll be back to "fighting Toews" from last season. And Vermette is NOT taking $800k. Sorry, try again.

Blues Hockey on WB11
I think that trade is bad for St. Louis, Shattenkirk is a stud and I see his value as much higher than that. Blues can get more.

Gaudreau to Bruins and Vesey
Yeah that Bruins defense is going to give up a slaughterfest like they did at The United Center this year, except it'll be that bad every other game. To be fair though, Torey Krug is a fuckin' stud, but that defense is incapable of competing at an NHL level. Sorry.
Also, isn't 4.5 a bit low for Marchand, who's asking 7?

Bringing The B's Back to the top
If I'm Boston's GM, I just offer a **** ton of picks. It's not like their shitty GM has put any of them to good use in the last year or so.

Artemi Panarin Trade
Nobody really "needs" Panarin, but you bet your ass everyone wants him!
I'm a Hawks fan, but to assume the pens are in worse cap hell than the Hawks is ridiculous. The pens went through their cap hell years a few years ago. The Wonder Twins' 10.5 contracts just kicked in last year, guaranteeing they won't be able to field a cup worthy team for at least another year if not two (unless they magically land Vesey, Hudler, AND Vermette in the off season).
Also, no offense, but your offer for Panarin's rights is crap. They will get way more than they got for Saad from someone, or they will just sign him themselves for 7, and ship out Corey Crawford (much as I hate to say that...)

Free Agent Trifecta
I've got to say, I really don't think it is as implausible as you guys suggest. While none of these guys wants to play for pennies, if the offers from halfway decent teams just aren't there, I believe the Hawks will look very enticing to both Hudler and Vermette. No one wants to go to the Canucks, that's why Hudler is still waiting to see how things shake out with Vesey on the 15th, and what kind of offer he'll receive from Stan. Vermette and Q may not have seen eye to eye the whole time, but he responded excellently when benched a game, and he took key defensive zone face-offs that helped the Hawks immensely. Maybe he doesn't rack up a ton of points, but he's still a key contributor at the dot, someone to mentor Schmaltz possibly, but I feel the Hawks need him more because Anisimov kinda sucks at the dot.
What I think presents itself as more of a problem for this being reality, is that you are left with $8,000 in cap space. We know they need to leave enough space to allow for an emergency call up when someone inevitably gets hurt, but is only out for a game or two. But overall, I love this lineup and will now begin doing rain dances to see if I can will it into existence.

No signings
This team would get destroyed night in, night out. There isn't even the remotest chance Q lets even half these rookies stay on his squad without completely blowing a head gasket.

16-17
This is close to the best we can hope for this year. I would make some slight adjustments, I'd drop Krugs back to 4C with Desi and Tootoo, add Schmaltz in at 3C (he projects as being closer to filling TT's role as 3C), drop Panik back down to 3RW, and remove Hartman and Hinostroza. I don't see there being a chance Q allows more than one rookie on his team long term.
Despite the adjustments, I think that if needed, Panik COULD slot up to 1 or 2RW if needed, but Hossa is going to be on Toews' wing. If they land Vesey, they need both Toews and Hossa to help him play his best with them. Plus having Hudler to slot up to 1LW if Vesey has a tough adjustment period is a good insurance piece that gives some flexibility.

Panarin isn't going anywhere
As I've had to continually tell people in these armchair GM situations, with that many rookie forwards on the roster, this team will get its ass kicked up and down the ice. You will, at absolute best, see one rookie stay up past the first 10-15 games, and another or two may come up with injuries, but don't believe the BS hype that Q is in the "youth movement." Never going to happen.

Panarin out
Four rookie (or nearly as such, depending on what happens this year) forwards, and a defense that will get its ass kicked up and down the ice? Cue the Q meltdown...
Also, sorry, the Panarin trade is awful, and Panik will never make north of a million with a Hawks team that has to pay the wonder twins 10.5 a pop.
