Looking over the trades since he's been the GM, they haven't been great. Not terrible, mostly just meh deals. The signings of his high profile players is well documented and I think its telling when in an Agent Poll you're rated as the most generous GM lol. He's got to do something this off-season though and he needs to move out one of these big contracts to get some support on the backend. As a Bruins fan, I'll continue to not be concerned with TOR until they bring in some DFD's that can play a heavy/mean game.
Maybe I'm wrong, but Dubas seems to be all about skill, skill, skill and that's great for the regular season, but in the playoffs its just not going to work.</div></div>
Boston is a perfect example of what a team needs to win a cup. Talent, grit, goaltending and defense. Toronto only has talent. Lots of it. The isles don’t have talent.

There still need to be a few tweaks to on-ice personnel obviously but they were the only team that went to 5 games and we saw lots of upsets.
91 - 34 - 16 had an expected goals for of 96.9% at 5v5 last game and didnt score... just saying</div></div>
Every team had that setting. Toronto was playing in their home city. Like Edmonton, there is no excuse for this. None whatsoever. A team that has Matthews, Mather, Tavares, Nylander, Kapenen, Barrie, Muzzin, and Anderson have to win that series. All are better players than what CBJ, ARI, NYI, MTL, VAN, and CGY have.
