the penguins wouldn't play Oscar when he was here and they needed a center. Why would they trade for him now?
Kyrou is a bust.
And Kostin is on his way to becoming that too. The penguins are giving up the best prospect here in POJ. Who may take time to develop but he's got better odds at this point than both of those two.

I'm a big Armia fan and anything is possible with Rutherford as GM but this should be an easy easy decline for Pittsburgh.

I don’t think he’d be ready for top line minutes right off the bat but considering average guys like Sheary could play really well on his wing, maybe it’s worth a shot.

Here’s another article/list that has him right behind Maniscalco and ahead of Blomqvist, Bjorkqvist and Clang. Lafferty is 25 years old, and not on this List. But Puustinen would still be ahead of Lafferty too IMO.
Again: I’d go;
Poulin “A”
PO-Joseph “A-“(a top 100 prospect on any list out there)
Legare “B”
OConnor, Maniscalco, Puustinen “B-“
Blomqvist, Clang, C.Lee, Lafferty “C+”
Bjorkqvist, Angello, Svejkovsky, C.Caulfield, Almeida, E.Larmi, Bellerive, R.Zohorna “C”
Anything less than that would be a “C-“ or a “D”. Very doubtful NHL future.</div></div>
thx for the feedback!

Pens trade Blues
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>PGHBOB69</b></div><div>We’ll see. Just a difference of opinions. I’d be willing to bet he scores 20 plus goals this year in 62 game season though.
IMO it wasn’t a lack of leadership by the leafs. I’m a A.Matthews and M.Rielly fan!! Its a lack of veteran leadership. And I love the leafs off season. I think Thorton, Bogasian, Simmons will have a big impact on that locker room. And Anyone; analysts, beat writers, etc., would say The Leafs had a lack of leadership last year too. But like I said, I don’t think it was that as much as, a young locker room. It’s just different; a locker room full of your peers, players your own age. Than a locker room full of adults, with families and kids and HOF-ers, and Stanley Cup champions. If u don’t think it is a difference, then I don’t know, all I can say is, it is.
But again, I Iove the leafs offseason. They addressed the lack of leadership or youth in the locker room with Thornton, Bogasain, and Simmons. Addressed their toughness with Thornton, Bogasian, Simmons, Vesey. Addressed their lack of NHL depth with Thornton, Vesey, Simmons, Barabnov, Joey Anderson. Addressed their defense with Brodie, Bogasian, Lehtonen, resigning Dermott. I think they had a great offseason. And the taxi squad really helps them out!!</div></div>
I think more than anything the problem with TO has been their youth, they still are so young and have a lot to learn. Urgency comes from experience and it'll come together. I think this year they will be out for blood and in the North Division there will be much to be had.

And he’s only 30.. oh well, thanks man. I already kept D.Larkin. I have the 8th pick in the draft next weekend. He still might be available when it gets to me.</div></div>

I’m have to have my keepers in my fantasy league in tonight. I think I’m gonna have to let u go of Stamkos. 4 skaters and 1 goalie. I’m keeping Geno, Laine, E.Pettersson, and D.Larkin. Letting Stamkos go. It’s either him or Larkin. Stamkos has been on my team for about 6-7 years now. I need confirmation I’m doing the right thing..lol.</div></div>

Sorry, but you are wrong. I live in Minneapolis and follow them. He played on a Parise-Staal-Zucker for a good ole while. Google harder or don't bother and just trust me here. Another useful tip: Yahoo sports only gives a guy LW/RW after they get in 10 games as both on a lineup card I believe.

With no value but probably organizational depth. Especially the goalies involved. Bowers is only player of value in that trade. And he’s probably a “B+” prospect. Might compete for a spot with the Avs this year!! No other player in that deal is even in the same tier as him: Like Beer league vs NCAA. That’s my analogy. Bowers vs other players in the trade..lol.</div></div>

I mean when I was much younger I played american football and Basketball, like 12-14 years old. I was tall so that was just natural. But By the time I was 15 it was just hockey. Took too much time up and my parents had got me the equipment which was kind of a huge expense on them so I stuck with it.
I admittedly watch a lot of Europe football, Rugby, and hurling when in Ireland. But those are the main sports on TV here. Everyone watches those.

Fast, Right-Handed shot, 1st round pedigree, can score and plays good defense too. Isn’t afraid to hit or block pucks either. Another guy like Riikola that I think is a top 5, 7th Defender in the NHL. Could play well on the 3rd pairing on a lot of NHL teams. But a great 7th Defender!! Had 9 goals last year in 58 games.</div></div>
he probably starts a 3RD for the penguins. It's not like it's going to be hard to beat out Ceci for that role.

<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>PGHBOB69</b></div><div>I agree. Faksa is signed long term to a good deal. Great two-way Center. Perfect for the Pens 3rd line. Like Staal and Bonino were. The best would be Cirelli, lol. But that’s a pipe dream. I think this is actually a possibility. Dallas has 3C to replace him. He’s expendable to them. They have Ty Dellandrea who is NHL ready and should be up this year or next. They have Dickinson on their roster right now that is a good 3C. I think Raksa could be had.</div></div>
they are also historical trade partners but they have to build the team going forward knowing the expansion draft. POJ is an asset that is exempt. That's why if they do this, next year.
I don't think we see a lot this year. I think anyone who knows this team knows that playoffs might not be happening this year. They start so slow. They don't know how to get it together at the beginning of the season. They got a rhythm to get all cylinders firing at the end of the season. You mess with the timing, you end up in a wreck. I don't think this team finishes well this year, and I think they know that to.

I would make this trade, Next year after the expansion draft. You make this trade now, you lose either McCann or Faksa for nothing, or you pay an arm and a leg to keep them.
