Duchene Dzingel
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>ChiHawk</b></div><div>Highly unlikely OTT keeps Dzingel given the way he's playing and is going to command $4M maybe more; he's a Chicago native and if it comes down to the Hawks vs. OTT offering the same money, he's coming back home to Chicago. As a UFA, and a given that OTT isn't making the playoffs, assume he's gone for a minute. That leaves Duchene and that's a pretty solid return for Duchene.</div></div>
if we get Stone signed. than Duchene (as he said earlier in the season) will be interested in signing him. and I would gladly pay 4m for Dzingel. he's probably going to want higher than that. maybe 5 - 5.5 if he keeps up this pace and im sure atleast one of the other 29 teams in the league would gladly offer him that. regardless. even for Duchene alone, i still wouldnt take that deal

cant tell you how many times ive seen that sens hawks trade (or smth very similar) . I would still rather keep Duchene and Dzingel and its not particularly close.

Nylander and Duchene
I've seen that Sens trade a couple times on AGM. But i really dont see why OTT would even consider it. Dzingel leads the Sens w 9G's in 16 games and Duchene, who is currently point per game and playing like a real good #1 Center... For a struggling Saad (8pts in 16 games), a meh young player, a depth goalie, and 2 2nds. At the very least, Sens should be getting a 1st for one of them

Ottawa gets back on track
first one sucks for OTT, 2nd one is GARBAGE for Ottawa, and the third is real bad for PIT. especially since Smith makes over 3m this year and a couple yrs after. PIT do not want that contract

The Sens of the Future
just to let you know . instead of creating all the players. theres a spot called "reserves" or something like that where you can click the unsigned players in the system and sign them . Alot easier than creating them al

Lines by December
As a sens fan. I agree that Forms should probably go down to London and hope that he absolutely dominates. But i would rather leave Chlapik and Balcers down in the A with Batherson so they can continue to dominate. its been a while since we've had a good AHL team and i'd rather keep it that way and not rush Chlapik and Balcers, but i will say that the line of Balcers - Chlapik - Boedker looked great in preseason. Also, I think that Boro is bad . but i dont think that he's as bad as Harpur. Harpur and Ceci are our two worst Defence imo.

EDM and ARZ moves - let me know
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>Gofnut999</b></div><div>I think you put the Oilers over the cap. They are looking to dhed salary not add to it.
I think the idea of Yotes trading 3 years of a top 4 d man for 2 years of a 3rd liner is crazy.</div></div>
Well my point wasn't paying the extra 1.25m but to lose a year that you have to pay them. so that when you have to sign players like Puljujarvi and Yamamoto, you only have Ryan for a year or so where you can buy him out for relatively cheap.
also . its a 3rd liner and a '19 2nd . not just a 3rd liner . AND ARZ got him straight up for jamie McGinn . a third liner .

Sens-Flames trade
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>apo_salven</b></div><div>Flames are pegged by a lot of experts to make the playoffs and the hockey news has them losing to Winnipeg in the conference finals. Only average NHL fans think Calgary will be bad for some reason. The only derailment in their season is going to be when Smith gets hurt. Flames have great high end forwards, depth forwards, high end defenceman and defenceman depth. Flames wouldn't take back Ceci or his contract, as they have 3 young prospects coming back and Andersson is already good enough to play who is a RHD. Before you make ridiculous comments, do a little research so you can come of the high ropes.</div></div>
What are you saying ? maybe learn to read before being all arrogant? its pretty clear that i think that CGY will go deep in the playoffs . i said "unless you think that flames will be a bottom 10 team" which clearly means that i think they'll be good . jesus man .
