I'd be really surprised to see Armia sign that cheaply. He'd be a good fit on the Oilers though.

Tomorrow against WPG
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>Kotkaniemi15</b></div><div>I don’t think it’s worth it putting Phil with Armia. Taking Gally of the Danault line takes away a lot of the line’s offensive punch, and I’m not sure that Gallagher’s style of play meshes with KK’s. I’m not sure the improvement on the Kotkaniemi line will be greater than the worsening of the Danault line.
Also Kulak’s been solid, I’m not sure why we’d take him out of the lineup.</div></div>
I don't feel like Danault's line is worse. It just leans more towards what they're good at, which is defending. As for Kulak, I could see Mete rotating in, and it couldn't hurt if there's another overtime.

It's not great either. At best it was okay. I was just wondering what moves <a href="/users/Kotkaniemi15" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">@Kotkaniemi15</a> was thinking about. Maybe the Price extension.

<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>Kotkaniemi15</b></div><div>Yeah, it would be ridiculous to fire Bergevin. He’s only made 2 poor moves in his entire tenure, and one of those was only bad because of unfortunate injuries and Chicago having a good scouting staff. He’s put this team in a great position to succeed, and we’re still comfortably in a playoff spot even after just getting out of a terrible stretch.
The future is bright, and there’s no one better than Bergevin to steer the ship.</div></div>
Assuming the two are Shaw and Drouin trades?

He's done more than what we could have expected for a GM with such a short leash. He's not the problem. The Molsons not being able to commit to a real rebuild is.

Edmundson is actually a good move, my man.

He does well with what he has. People blame him for the lack of success, but if the management allowed him to do a proper rebuild a few years ago, it would be a more successful team.

Barkov is such an underrated player.</div></div>
I don't think it's too much, as Bertuzzi is a heart and soul guy to keep around, and it buys Hronek prime years at a relatively low cost. It seemed expensive at first when Theodore, Andersson, Pesce and now those contracts are steals.
What position would you like to draft?

It's 2022-23. Price is not going anywhere, Primeau will most likely secure the backup spot. Allen will be 32, pending UFA. At best Montreal gets a 3rd.

Lots of things wouldn't have happened. Toffoli/Edmundson are examples, Tatar/Danault/Armia expire, someone gets picked by Seattle.

I specified the division thing in a trade description, but I think they could/would have signed him to that contract. He's everything the organization has been looking for during the last decade or so.
