(STL/NYR) - Tarasenko, Mikkola for Blais, Skinner, 1st, 4th
Nils Lundkvist, just felt his dangly bits shrink considering he plays against St Louis something like a dozen times over this and next season.
New York Rangers Acquire:
2023 1st round pick (DAL) [Conditional]*
2025 4th round pick (DAL) [Conditional]**
*Conditions: If the pick is a top 10 selection, the pick will instead become the Dallas' unprotected 2024 1st round pick
**Conditions: If Lundkvist earns 55 cumulative points over the 2022-23 and 2023-24 regular seasons, the pick becomes Dallas' 2025 3rd

For Kappy, I'd say a lottery protected 1st and Z. Wisdom, add a 3rd if the 1st clause is exercised.

What I hate about this site anymore is that in "0" of the responses were there any ideas in response to the trade idea. Player "1" for such and such.

Do you think DET is that one prospect away from relevant again? Larkin is a 2C on most playoff teams if not a 3C.

But even though Larkin is a big fish in a small pond, doesn't make him a #1 C. In 2 years does Larkin re-sign? How long is the DET rebuild?

While I would really like to see Gibson in a PIT uni, it would have to be Jarry going the other way. This is beneficial for both teams, PIT on cap and ANA for tradable assets.

With Sid And Geno out PT 1
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>Haymaker26</b></div><div>I actually like this idea, but I don't know if Seattle takes it. They didn't take Zucker in the expansion draft. Maybe that was just the cap hit, but they could have gotten him for nothing if they wanted. I'm fairly confident that he could bounce back next season. The thing I just don't understand is having Heinen on the top line. People have been making him a healthy scratch here. I don't know why they do that, but this is the opposite extreme. I love the signing and I think he'll do well in Pittsburgh but I don't see him as a middle six guy right now.</div></div>
I started him on the first line just given his familiarity with Carter having played against him for a couple years. I think he could gel with Sid once he's back so giving him pseudo 1st line minutes, given the way most of these guys will be playing more time than usual till Sid and Geno are back, hopefully gets his lungs full. I don't think Zuck is a bad player but they have so many options at LW that a 5.5 guy playing 3rd line minutes is cap suicide. Eat a bit of the cap and gain depth in areas they lack. I also really like Geekie. I have been trading for him for a few years. I would honestly add to that trade to get him.

Flames must highly value two middle six wingers. They are a team that is rebuilding but doesn't seem to know it. Marino and the 1st is plenty much less the rest.

I think Fast would fill a void given PIT's depth at RW. I could see a line of Carter, Fast and Zahorna. I'll have my people call your people. lol

You actually downgraded him for me. I had a 2022 PIT 1st and Poulin for Zub and 3rd from OTT.

However, we value Zub and want him to be an Ottawa Senator.
So, in order to take him from us, it would need to be two seconds at a minimum because other teams would be interested.
Why does he interest you?</div></div>
He has decent foot speed, good first pass and he plays physical. At 2.5 he also fits PIT's cap without much finagling. He's at best gonna be a reach 2nd pair, system pending, but he's what PIT needs.
