I don't agree on the McTavish take tho. I wanted Eklund but I'm fine with McTavish and maybe he'll surprise everyone in the OHL next season. Everyone criticized Yzerman for picking him that high but now he's one of the best NHL-affiliated prospects.</div></div>

I just feel like we could’ve traded down to like 10 and still would’ve been able to draft him and still got something out of it as well.

What seems to bug me is no matter what any team puts on the table for Eichel, you immediately come up with some sort of stupid excuse. Stop acting like Jack Eichel is the best hockey player in the league. He's literally rotting away in Buffalo and you and the rest of Buffalo are too selfish to want to see him succeed. He will never succeed in Buffalo. So suck it up and stop acting like a child whining for candy.

A) Henriques contract isn’t that bad. He had a bad start but is now heating up ( 5 points in 5 games I think but I could be wrong )

B) Lundestrom is one of our best prospects / rookies right now

C) Ducks are in no position to trade ANY first round picks right now

D) Ducks aren’t trading with a division rival like San Jose
