Everything We Need From NJ At The Deadline
Murray yes, the others no. But i’m not a fsn of Murray. Better options out there.
Both teams decline this.
Gusev sucks, does not even crack the lineup, and there is zero need for Wedgewood.
Achan off to a strong start at Prov and will battle Urho to replace Lauzon/Zboril when one of them is taken by Seattle.
One stop shopping would be Palmieri and Murray. Or better yet Preds Ekholm and Granlund.

Have to admit, i expected it to be ridiculous as most OEL to Boston trades are. But this was an interesting new take.
Does not cut payroll for Zona which was the whole point of moving him.
Interesting concept though.

No matter how much you try to make urself feel better, bruins are not going to accept. Sorry man! Im done here</div></div>
JD is not better than KP that is ignorant. He has the potential to be but he is not as of yet.
KP has 5 straight seasons of 24-30 goals. Coyle and Debrusk have hit the 20 mark once each in their career.
I see what the problem is. You have no idea who KP is or what he is worth. Got it. I thought you were overvaluing the 2nds. You are undervaluing KP.
Semi right they will not get him for that because they won’t have the opportunity too. It will cost them something like a 1st and Curtis Hall which they won’t pay because they dont need him as much as they did the last. 2 years. But if they. can get him for a pair of late 2nds they jump on it.

Nope.
Would you trade say Coyle or Debrusk if they were UFAs this year for a pair of late 2nds or those 2. I wouldn’t. I’d want more. And if you look at what NJ did at the deadline last year and think they take that for KP it’s kind of laughable.
Boston’s 2nd round pick this year will likely be 58-64 range. Those are early 3rds previously. In a draft that is not very deep. The list above were picked 54-62. Boston’s 2nd this year has less value than any of those years.
Come back to me after the deadline. I bet KP goes for more than 2 2nds and a vegetable.

However to be nice: Taylor Raddysh, and Axel Andersson. Top 6 potential RW who excelled in Juniors, and Axel Andersson top 4 potential RHD prospect who was already worth Ondrej Kase.
Easy
but yeah</div></div>
Anderson was another Sweeney reach that was a 4th round grade. His ceiling is #4/5 type. Raddysh is a solid choice, but is looking like a 3rd liner tops, potential to be 2nd liner who needs a change of scenery.
Combined they are not worth KP you would still have to add.

They don’t. Still have not answered me. Which 2?
Mine are Lohrei who may or may not turn into the next Carlo. And Cuylie who is projected to be a bottom 6 Austin Watson type. And for a team trying to win a cup now. I trade them for KP without batting an eye.
2 late 2nds that are unknowns but history says they are 50/50 to amount to anything more than complimentary pieces for a known 55 point RW. Easy decision.

Sure. You can cherry pick a few picks here in there that went after 55 that went on to be valuable. It’s not the norm.

Lauzon was 52.
Since 2015 draft who have Boston taken in 2nd round or picks they have traded away that have or will amount to anything? Studnicka who was not a bottom 6 pick and maybe Lohrei who was a big reach. The rest...garbage.
Again go look, bottom 6 picks of round 2 last half dozen years. Nothing more than role playes and marginal talent.
2nd round picks in the 30s and 40s are not the same as late 50s and 60s.

Why does a contending team like Boston downgrade?
If they trade Debrusk it would be to upgrade LD1 or RW2. Not downgrade for spare parts and mediocre picks.

Yes they are slightly improved now (maybe? He sucks rn so maybe not, but im tryna help your point), BUT that doesnt make it a good trade, because with TWOOOO 2nd round picks, it is BEYOND unreasonable for the bruins to do.
Bruins reject, im sorry but they do, this trade is awful for them</div></div>
Those were early 2nd round picks. They won’t be picking early. Again go look at the last half dozen picks of the last half dozen years. There is literally nothing. And this years draft is weak.
2 late 2nds for a 50 point forward is a steal. Kase is irrelevant.

Dunn is the better choice cuz he’s younger but the Blues might not do it.</div></div>
Schmidt does not play physical. Grizz had more hits last year than Schmidt did the previous 2 years combined. Schmidt also is not exactly a defensive wizard. Despite being LH he plays RD because he is a lot better there. He was not their answer. Far from it.
