Second we can get more and Vegas will keep Reaves for the playoffs
Third 4th 5th trade won’t happen, Byron value is at the lowest, rather keeping him, Weal can be trade but kind of useless and Kinkaid cleared waivers</div></div>
Maybe a 3rd but doubt STL would part with a 2nd too but sure.
Second trade I originally had Eakin instead of Reaves but was told it was too much from Vegas and considering his season last year it's not wrong. So Reaves it is and apparently his name was also flying around for a potential trade so I think they wouldn't mind moving him.
Third trade I'm not sure but Philly has reportedly called on Byron and his injury is probably what delayed a potential trade. Many teams would still love him in their top 9.
Weal we have no room for with Steen coming on that 4th line so byee
Kinkaid trade is half retained to a team with a terrible goalie tandem, he may or may not find himself there but for a 7th round pick and less than 900k contract, SJ should take that gamble.

3x is a stretch, especially for a team like Nashville who's offensive depth depletes after some injuries. I wouldn't mind adding a little something to get him but it's not far at all.

In my opinion, both Hudon and Schlemko would pass the waivers - I don't think there's any value there.</div></div>
Thanks! Glad you enjoyed it. And I think Schlemko has value now since teams are free to send him up and down since he cleared waivers, a 6th round pick isn't too far fetched. And Hudon has been linked to Edmonton by their media already and they're a team who can really use him. 30 points in his rookie season has to have a little value, plus it's Chiarelli (;

MTL 2019 Trade Deadline
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>HabsRafiki</b></div><div>Quite the opposite. I think the Habs are in the early stages of escaping mediocrity and shouldn't rush the process. I have no objections to moving players who either won't be there when the Habs are genuine challengers or would be integral to building a leadership core that will pass that experience to younger players. For example, playing with a guy like Weber will teach younger players how to approach the game, how to live in the Montreal fishbowl, and how to work consistently for 82+ games. Would I be trading Petry? Sure, but not for two mediocre players and a pick in the 20s. If you're doing that trade, ask for Noah Dobson, who is at least a known commodity.
It's not clear why Carolina would want Tatar any more than Montreal would. Both are building from the ashes. Tatar's not going to be a difference maker for them. Could he be for Columbus or slower teams like SJ or Anaheim? Sure. The issue wasn't trading, it's the dance partners you were imagining.</div></div>
If that's the only issue then I don't see why this would be a one star armchair or a "dream". I'm quite high on Vande Sompel too, I think he can be another Mete. You can't get Dobson or Wahlstrom for Petry, telling you that right now. And if you listened to anything Carolina's owner has said, you'd know they'd trade for Tatar in a heartbeat if the chance to appeared. Dance partners can change, I'm just spitballing here put a little something together in a span of 10 minutes, for fun. Just what their worth and teams that might be interested is all, don't get your panties in a bunch over nothing buddy.

It would be pretty neat but I think McLeod at 17 is a little bit of a reach. Maybe they see him differently and take a chance on him, but if I'm an NHL GM, I'd only take him near the end of the first round or early second, his upside isn't too desirable from what I've seen, still a safe pick.

@VictorMete's 2018 Mock Draft
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>ShattenkirkIsARanger</b></div><div>Love love love Wahlstrom to the Rangers. A lot of mock drafts I see have the Rangers taking a defenseman, but they already have some promising future D prospects with DeAngelo, Pionk, Day, Hajek and Brady Skjei all being under 24 years old. We could use an elite player up front to build with, as Wahlstrom would be a great piece to complement Chytil and Andersson going forward. I don't know if the Canucks would pass up on him, but they did draft Elias Pettersson last season, so there's their elite forward. Chicago also needs defense, as Keith and Seabrook both showed their ages with their struggling play this season. Also love Quinn Hughes to Detroit as a hockey fan, U of M kid going to play for the Wings, just like DBoss. Love to see it.</div></div>
Thanks for the feedback! I can still see the Rangers taking a defenseman if it doesn't unfold this way though, notably Ty Smith. But if Wahlstrom is around it's a no-brainer. Kotkaniemi can be argued into this spot too.

It's not a permanent problem man. One of Lehkonen, Scherbak, Hudon will also most likely be traded when Zadina makes the team. Hudon most likely and he can fetch us a right handed guy.

That's 3, like I said. And fyi you said we weren't getting prospects back with these trades, those picks turn into prospects. Be patient, we're not going to turn it all around one shot. Oh and fyi Pittsburgh's only got two. Callahan isn't even an impact player nowadays, so chill.

Can't see much of a return from St. Louis unless it's Kyrou and he's just another winger, Thomas is untouchable. Kane won't be the reason sharks don't go for 67. They still need winger depth, their C's are strong. Window's closing too and they might believe next year is the last chance. A perennial 30+ scorer can be welcome to any team.

Fam, Tampa, Vegas have like 3 right handed players too. Handedness doesn't kill especially if we have players who are capable playing RW too. Lucky for us our wingers are pretty versatile. It's not a problem.

Maybe not, but considering how much you guys liked Maroon next to McJesus, Shaw is a younger and better option who brings the same type of game. Big time playoff player too.

Fair enough. But still, a consecutive 20 goal scorer who plays all 3 forward positions, a great 2 way game, plays with heart and has an unmatchable speed isn't something to sleep on. Canes can use somebody with his consistency.
