Thread: Lets Go
At that point Rangers should keep Strome..

Banking heavy on Chytil to take over 2c and replacing 3c with Dickinson is less than a lateral move; and according to **** Dolan its playoffs or bust. If NYR trade Strome and leaves everyone else where they are; they're looking for 2c. but has to be for the right move and I'm not really sure thats out there.

-Eichel is going to cost us, Reinhart is also going to cost us,
-Malkin is not getting moved within the division
-ROR is getting up there but certainly has leadership we're looking for (and may potentially be able to pluck dunn with the right players)
-RNH is most likely not leaving Canada
-Tampa's Arena Security would shoot you on spot if there was an NYR point jersey in the stands.. so where are we looking? (my poor attempt at humor)

Strome is going to be the guy, and that's not exactly a bad thing. He has unbelievable chemistry with Bread, not to mention the rest of the team and if he puts up another season like the past two he's going to make a great chip at the deadline, because NYR won't be able to afford him after next year and (as you pointed out) It will be time for Chytil to step up or shut up & they need will need to recoup as much as possible.

All told I think the Rangers honestly hold on a center, and try to beef up the flanks on bottom six and add a vet to the blue line. I'd also love a hank reunion but.. that doesn't happen without moving Georgiev. Can certainly have a convo with Edmonton about that..

Side note: Isn't it also AMAZING.... AMAZING... that we got Strome for Spooner.. Also equally amazing that the Islanders traded Strome for Eberle, but I digress..
