Lineup I want to see for playoff
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>Hammerwise</b></div><div>If Gustafsson is in your top 4, you are getting swept
theres a big reason he only got a 7th</div></div>
Yeah because he doesn't fit well in Philly. Vigneault doesn't like him and he's not that good defensively, but we need his offensive upside. Then Weber can stay D-side and don't pinch.
If he's not good with Weber, then put back Chiarot with him and try Gus with Merrill or Kulak

Habs have 11 picks in next draft</div></div>
If it's what it need to get him, that's a done deal. We can add a 5th or 6th rd pick.

Yes, but most of players sent to waivers that have chance to be claimed has been trade just after they cleared waivers. I think it's because teams want to get rid of another contract of player and because of salary etc.

Trade idea
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>Hockey_Nerd</b></div><div>Doesn't make much sense for Ottawa. You say that Gostibehere will be a place holder until Sanderson arrives, but Gostisbehere plays the identical style of game that Brannstrom plays, so you're kinda blocking him. Gostisbehere would take Brannstrom's offensive minutes away which would kill Brannstrom's game and value. I'd think Ottawa would stick with the younger guy thats cheaper (Melnyk option always) and can still develop more. They also gave up basically Mark Stone straight up for him so they're not gonna put him in a bad situation to not progess.</div></div>
Maybe he takes Brannstrom spot, but he doesn't look to be in the plan of DJ smith. I hope i'm wrong, but this really look like this, especially that Mike Reilly is used as their 2nd D. This guy play well, but he is not a 2nd D.
Maybe the best option for Brannstrom and the sens is to trade him for a top 6 forward already establish in the league, because I don't see him in the lineup when Sanderson will come at the end of next season.

I believe that's a good deal, getting picks, young defensmen, and pretty good veteran which can produce more playing on a 3rd line

Why giving the net to a 29y/o goaltender with only 67 experience games ?
I don't understand all people who trade Andersen and give the net to Campbell. He's actually a good 2nd goalie and will stay a 2nd goalie is entire career.

I think I prefer to keep Tatar. I think Hall, like Duchene have some bad luck on their back. Anywhere they go, teams start to be really bad.

My Habs line for Saturday night against Flames
This lineup change should have been done yesterday with 2 games in less than 24 hours.
Maybe it would have been a great time to put Frolik, Ouellet and Lehko in the lineup to give a break to Evans, Kulak and someone like Armia or Byron.
Not a scratch night because they don't played well. Just need fresh legs and energy because or the schedule.

Yeah they are supposed to be. But since they were draft, they have not prove anything to became elit player... Strome is a solid 2c because he played with Panarin. Same as Anisimov with the Hawks, Wennberg with CBJ when they played along Panarin.

Oh... I didn't know that a guy who never reached 40 pts in a season had a very big difference in value with a guy who had 3 seasons of more than 40 pts. In addition to adding a 2nd pick and a guy like Lehkonen who as a value of a late 2nd pick.
