It wont suprise me if Strome gets traded in the future. With Dach in the pipe and Strome need payday next year, maybe we´ll se a big trade like this.

Whos Our 3C Read Description
I have a dark horse in Kurashev. Played 3C in the WC for Switzerland and did really well. But it would shock me if he makes the team. Dach is tempting but i wanna se him in a top role. I would guess Smith with Shaw and Saad on the wings. A grinder line that would frustrate and do well.

Agree. Can´t see a scenario where Chicago keep Saad next year because of the cap situation. Luxury this year.
More Swedes in Chicago would be nice though :squintytongue

Matthews for Dahlin

Leafs already have a PP QB in Rielly, and Barrie for the 2nd PP line, why would they trade their best player for a 3rd one. Not to mention another LD (gonna give Babcock an aneurism). What the leafs need is defense that actually play defense, Muzzin cant be the only one.</div></div>
In this scenario, NHL do step it up and make luxury tax ceiling for next season. Matthews even say to Marner to come along and make a super team in Buffalo. WOW!

JUST WTFFFF
Just because a high prospect don´t deliver in his first year in a NHL organisation doesn´t mean he will be a bad hockey player. New team with one of the coaches beeing from Sweden (Mitell) and the other with big experience in swedish hockey can be a boost for a young kid. Here in Sweden we still have big hopes for Alex and with Mitchell and Boqvist in the pipe, i like this deal.

Still high upside in Nylander. Colliton has a background in Sweden and took in Tomas Mitell ass his right hand who is from Sweden. I firmly believe in the right environment, Alex can be a top 6 forward in this league. Chi still has Boqvist and Mitchell with bigger projected ceiling on the righ D side.

Probably not
Rangers have a god roster now, i must say. But they are very thin in the middle. Strome as your 2nd best center isn´t wow exactly. Kakko seems to have very good uppside in his abilities to drive a line tho. I can se that they are looking for a center in the market but very hard to se them release Kreider. But i would like him as a Hawk off course!

Trading Keith FLA VAN
Good job!
I agree that it is very tempting to put Dach in the roster right away. But from my point of view, keep developing in the WHL and if he crack the roster, put him in a top line to produce. I don´t like the way Phily has handled Nolan Patrick. These top prospect must be used in situations to make best use of their qualities.
I like the idea with the Hoffman trade. But should Blackhawks be worried with his off-ice "problems". I don´t want to make a to big deal out of it but the situation in Ottawa with Karlsson was not good.
I am pretty sure that Kubalik will get a good chance in a top role. I shouldn´t compare him with Panarin but in some way a similar situation. A point per game player in Europe so give him a chance in a top role.

I agree on that but as i said, the possibility comes up if we draft Byram. But i would only do it for a deal like this to get a sure superstar.

Here in Sweden we rate Nylander very high (quite obvious). Lundqvist even said at the WC that he thinks Nylander is one of the best players in the world. I don´t agree on that but i am sure that the cap hit Nylander have right now will be a bargain in a couple of years.

Hahaha how did i forget him!? When i listen to Canadiens they think Hasek is overrated. On the take from European side, Hasek is the best goalie of all time. It is a hard pick. But the way Hasek on his own made Sabres a cup contending team put him on the top for me.

Who to take off? Point, Hall, Marner? If you do decide to have Scheifele i think he must be used as a offensive power and get alot of Offensive Zone-Starts. Do you agree? That´s the problem when you make the Canadian roster to get the right player for the right role.
