The guy led the ncaa in scoring as a freshman. What has Reinbacher done? Played in a low level league? So the guy drafted before him is somehow worth the same when he’s certainly elevated his game? Makes no sense

I don’t see San Jose paying for fabbri. They could just take on a bad contract or sign a reclamation project ufa like they have been doing.

Sharks are keeping Zetterlund.</div></div>

Reinbacher has yet to play in a talented league, so he’s still very much a wild card. Eklund is likely a 40 point player in his first full year in the nhl at 21. I don’t think it’s a good trade for San Jose. And smith is certainly not happening

If Buffalo wants to move his contract San Jose is a great spot for it. Tons of cap space and roster spots open.

I don’t think the value is bad, but I don’t see the sharks moving two young pieces who fit the timeline of the rebuild and have grown this year.

This makes no sense for San Jose, they aren’t giving up a high 1st for a player who won’t fit their timeline for competing and a guy they would have to give a massive contract. He’s also have two completely different seasons this year, and recently hasn’t been producing

Sturm has had a disappointing season.
You give up a 3rd rd
But you also gain a 2nd rd
Then you get Andreas who is a speedster and can help the top 6 with his presence. He's got skills and would be good addition for the rebuild.</div></div>
Sturm is one of better guys in the dot this season in the league. He’s also significantly cheaper and a center. You can have Addison if you want but not Sturm and Addison and a pick to take on over two mil

Not for the very marginal gain that’s given here. I wouldn’t mind Kakko but Rangers won’t sell low on him, even though his value should be rock bottom.
