Just Curious
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>ProudUncle</b></div><div>That Guerin deserves to be fired. Nylander isn't worth spurgeon alone. Nylander is a free agent in two years and will seek 11 mil or little less but because of his agent, wouldn't put it past Nylander. Nylander is also worse than Nylander defense wise and more turnover prone who dean Evason clashed with. Guerin would Never deal with Nylander's agent.</div></div>
Geez how many accounts do you need for all those bad takes

<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>huey2107</b></div><div>I dont think Laf demands that much on his next deal, based off performance I would have him in more of the 2-3 year 2.75-3.25M range, I guess if you are trying to lock him up for a little longer that may make sense.</div></div>
If he gets more than 60 points this season it will be tough. This is based on 2023-24 season. There is a chance he can breakout and hit 60 points mark

McBain to Anaheim
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>bagelbob</b></div><div>yeah but fox had an extra year left in college before he could become a free agent, mcbain's one at the end of the year. feels like interested teams could just hold out and wait for him to sign. fox was a better prospect at the time than mcbain is now as well.</div></div>
He is one of the few NHL ready players who will be available to play this season, and in the playoffs. Based off more than 24 teams calling about his availability as reported, will more likely than not get the asking price. That being said, I feel like steel would cost more than a second and the reason he isn’t signing is that he doesn’t want to be buried on a roster of Cs, which is the argument for moving Steel.

Sabres realistic
I mean this has been discussed to orbit is only term I could think of, but numerous reports has made it clear GM Guerin of wild will only move one of Rossi, or boldy in eichel's trade

Also Ian Cole i think is going to sign elsewhere. But sounds like hometown Alex G is going to sign here.</div></div>
I wouldn't be surprised if Cole is back. I think he just wants to see what's out there first and if the money or fit aren't there, he'll circle back. Can't blame him for exploring his options and can't blame Guerin for not wanting to offer too much money or term for a guy who would play on the bottom pair.

The wild will say pass. Not giving up our top D prospect, our elite center prospect a one and Fiala. Also fiala is not signing for 4 mil per. More like 6.5-8 per yr.

How do you not understand kaprizov can't be had. Just stop like all wild fans have told you
If you want to make proposal for other teams feel free to but understand kaprizov is unavailable, and going nowhere

Another Day Another Post About Potential Eichel Trades
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>huey2107</b></div><div>There is a dump of rask ($4M), but they arent going to move addison and one of rossi and boldy, I think you are close if you take swap greenway for dumba and take out one of addison or boldy. I would guess that buffalo would prefer boldy to rossi, as they are pretty deep at center prospects, but as everyone knows, a top 6 center is a commodity</div></div>
The team was edited after I made that comment. It originally did not have Rask in there.

Could become an unreal deal, or a bust.
I’ll take the unreal bet. This could be an amazing deal especially in a few years.

Get Eichel
Welcome to CapFriendly!
You should know (and this is from an outsider) that you're joining a cadre of uniformly knowledgeable and courteous Wild fans.
Leave Mittelstadt out of this. I know you want him back in Minnesota but as you can see from the comments you've already gotten, Buffalo guys are desperately hoping that he isn't the disappointment Cody Glass and Lias Andersson are and that fellow first-round draft mates Elias Pettersson, Martin Necas and Nick Suzuki definitely aren't. Take one of your own prospects out and that's an eminently reasonable trade. And tell the Sabres fans to be realistic -- without Rask and Dumba in there, the money doesn't work for the Wild and Buffalo doesn't get an Eichel trade at all.
Keep posting!

MN brings home Casey
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>huey2107</b></div><div>Interesting, I did not know that they were trying to rebuild around him! Kills my hopes and dreams lol!</div></div>
I was also shocked that GM Adams talked so highly of Casey. I know that Casey has stated even before Granato being named Interim HC that Casey really liked playing for Granato as he experienced it in the US Development Program. So yes I think you will need to be a closeted Sabres fan to root for Casey.
