East playoff lines - Part 3
Lines tonight. I think Coop keeps this to start playoffs. Incredible how interchangeable top nine are. What other team has a third line with 2 25+ goal scorers and jusut might be our shutdown line.
Palat - Stamkos - Kucherov
Paul - Point - Colton
Hagel - Cirelli - Killorn
Maroon - Bellemare - Perry

Next season without Radish and Bo
I think ABB is no longer considered a top 6 forward by the Bolts. If so he is not a bottom 6 player either.

You have it right. However we have not been healthy all year. We play a lot of games the last two months, there will be injuries. I think JBB will be all in for a three peat and deals for a RHD. Who, what they give only JBB knows.

Mid season Report Cards- TBL
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>Point21</b></div><div>he would be a high B or like bottom A for me. his goal scoring isnt consistent enough and takes too many stupid penalties... theres a reason he is 3rd on the team in PIM and can guarantee you 90% of them are taken in the O-Zone</div></div>
Alex is third in points, fourth in goals, third in assists. He is on track for 70 plus points and have more goals, assists and points than any other of his seasons. He plays a two way game, plays in all situations and he has missed two games in seven seasons. Yeah that is just an average season.

We are a month a way but care to guess who sits? I have no idea but on defense I think it is Foote. The right side D when healthy is very solid.

You are correct. They have committed 2 years to the "old timers". Three years to the kid line. Joseph has stepped up. they have $712 of cap space so this is the team. All playing well sad that someone sits when Point and Kuch returns.

I think JBB keeps him this year for insurance and trades him during the off season if he does not step up his game.

No because five great players are on ltr. But replace Verhage for drouin and gourde for Tyler.

Most realistic opening night lineup
I agree. I know I am in the minority but I still would like to see how stammer would do back at center. Putting Colton on the wing gives you the power forward type that will go to the corners and dig. ABB is not built for that.

Raddysh or ABB with Stamkos and Colton
The captain still averages over a point a game and there is still question who will be his line mates. I do not think Perry is the answer. My best guess would be to give ABB a shot, though they have yet to play together. Other than that one player you have nailed it.

I think you have it right. Will not happen but would like to see stammer 2c and cirelli 3c. Cirelli-Colton-Joseph or Perry could be close to the gourde line.

I was surprised stephens was sent for a low pick. Same could happen to Katchouck. We will know soon enough

All three need to go through waivers. My guess ABB sticks because of topsix potential and katchouk gets traded for a pick

I agree Joseph given minutes on the third line will be the one. My question only two can stay who goes: ABB, Raddysh, Katchouk? I think it will be Katchouk is the odd man out..

ABB is the wild card. If he can produce it makes sense and it gives us a solid defensive third line.

Soon he will be 27. 40 goals in the 229 games played in Montreal. I hope he does but I have my doubts.

Very talented player if put in the right situation he could outperform his current deal. Just because he went on leave for reasons I don’t think truthfully became public doesn’t take away from his ability</div></div>
Yes he has offense potential but he only plays a 60 foot game, The offense production do not make up for this.

I think having him skate w Kuch can get him back on track. The problem is that we will lose Raddysh and Katchouk to trade or waivers. Then next year we do not have any of the three.

I think they keep ABB, still has top 6 potential. One of the other two will be traded for a low draft pick. Think SY would be my best guess as to what team.
