Why not? Play PP1 and DeBrusk is a fine winger. Coyle will do the work defensively.

Absolutely no risk. Bruins should be all over this on a 1 year deal. Lots of Czech influence in Boston so I'd imagine Zadina would sign.

<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>ON3M4N</b></div><div>Lets see Scheifele pot 40+ goals more than once before we start calling him a 40G centerman. Pastrnak potted 60 goals this year, but I wouldn't call him 60 goal winger. Scheifele is a ****ing plague that is part of the problem in WPG. Last season he was on the ice for 37% of WPG 5v5 GA. He's not what Boston needs.</div></div>
Disagree. Scheifele would be awesome in Boston.

Assuming a cap of 87.5 million, Boston has 30.8 million in cap space with 10 players signed. With your scheifele and lindholm contracts you'd have 13.8 million with 11 spots to fill, many prominent spots</div></div>
Going up to 90 million hopefully. It is tough but not impossible. And the core guys are all locked up (Pastrnak/McAvoy/H.Lindholm/Carlo)

Cap going way up. Forbort and Grzelcyk off the books. Easier to move Coyle out next year if required. Bruins are in great shape cap wise next season.

I am a fan of Carlo but if he were to get you Scheifele or a Lindholm you have to do it. Signing Dumba to fill in for Carlo is a wash imo.

Hanifin
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>ON3M4N</b></div><div>Since being traded to Boston, Hall has 111pts in 158gp. That's good for a 57pt pace over an 82 game season. Since when is a fringe 60pt player not worth a 2nd & 3rd? Boston doesn't have to trade Hall at all, so the "cash strapped" point is irrelevant. The only way the "need" to move Hall is if they re-sign Bertuzzi. If they do that then they'll already have a trade lined-up for Hall.</div></div>
I agree. Hall isn't a cap dump at all. In fact he has a lot of value imo. A team really going for it might be willing to trade a 1st (a late 1st) to acquire him. With two years left on his deal, he makes a ton of sense for a lot of teams including the Bruins if they do not re-sign Bertuzzi.

Hanifin
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>GMBL</b></div><div>Been waiting for something like this from a Bruins fan that has all these components:
1) Ullmark trade to a team that could use him to take it to the next level
2) Hanifin trade (was thinking Hall until I saw that DeBrusk is getting shopped again for Hanifin swap.
3) Bertuzzi signing
I would say that Carolina's management is greedy and that they wouldn't pay that much for Hall like ecupirate07 suggested, and they will likely want him for anywhere from 3rd+4th as low as FCs. I don't think they would want a sweetener considering that signing Bertuzzi is a choice. The Anaheim trade is probably not ideal but maybe there's a team out there willing to do that deal.
That being said great job taking into account the other teams needs.
Only thing that might be missing that I could see happen is an OEL signing but with Hanifin, maybe not.</div></div>
I wanted to include OEL but I actually forgot to do so.

<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>beantownboy17</b></div><div>So in the end, you trade Debrusk, Ullmark, and Gryz for Nuge, a 3rd, and a 5th... that's awful for the Bruins. Debursk is worth a 1st on his own, as is Ullmark potentially. Gryz is worth a 3rd and a 5th. While that is just awful value, Nuge isn't going to waive his NTC to come to Boston, not when he signed a long term deal for less money in EDM. He wants to stay there and raise his family</div></div>
Nuge is better than all of the above and in a serious position of need for the Bruins.

He is solid. More of a 3C but can move up and down the lineup. Trade could be anywhere, I just figured Coyle would have Nashville on his trade list.
