39 wins in 53 games played hardly constitutes “much worse”. Bobrovsky is a much more reliable goalie than Jarry IMO. Also, my mistake, meant to put POJ as the 2nd paring D

Cap space is moved to 82,5. Give that extra mil to Fleury. He wouldnt come back for only one million even if he wanted too

Malkin too much and Letang too little.

To much of the same roster. Needs more of a shakeup than Max Domi

Because our Defense looks strong simply by removing Marino and Petterson and adding Klingberg… I’m sure he will be more than 8m per season, but it’s a nice start to a contract negotiation.

Creative.. however I do think there are multiple holes.

-I really like the Marchment signing.
-Letang’s number is starting with an 8
-Malkin’s number is starting with a 6
-Kane will get more to stay in Edmonton. He’d be stupid to leave Edmonton, Let alone Canada with all of his charges in the states.
-I believe the 23 1st as well is a bit excessive for the devils first. Everything else should be enough, maybe add a later round pick to sweeten the deals
-we didn’t re-sign Rust to over a 5mill deal to be a 3rd line winger.
-too much money spent on the 4th line..
