Domi back on the wing
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>HabsForEver</b></div><div>I don't see how Domi comes back at center. If Suzuki makes the team, it will be on wing.</div></div>
really hope they try out that 1st line in training camp and pre season, it has a little bit of everything. Danault/Domi are play makers, Domi/Gallagher are goal scorers and Danault/Gallagher are good defensively.

Best Scenario
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>DomCholette</b></div><div>Phily don't need any RHD NHL Ready young player... change it for a A/B+ Prospect Forward like Teasdale, Evans or Ylonen... but Fair enough!
Simmons... 5M... Seriously... I hope not! 3x 3,5M MAX</div></div>
I can see them giving up a teasdale but I feel like theyre very high on Ylonen and Evans so maybe throw in a 3rd to sweeten the pot. As far as simmonds is concerned montreal would benefit from a 1, 2 year deal max and the more money they can give him to keep the term short the better... its a lot of money for how he performed last year but its also low risk since it wont affect new contracts they might give out

Trade for Puljujarvi
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>MTLaveragefan</b></div><div>I think you need to add more to get Poolparty.
Not because he has proven to be worth more... but because Holland doesn't want this trade to blow up in his face.</div></div>
yeah that definetly is the biggest issue, I can see this blowing up in bergevins face if he throws in a second round pick

Trade for an RFA William Karlsson
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>Gofnut999</b></div><div>Vegas declines. They are not deep enough at center to move him without getting his replacement in return.</div></div>
Fair enough, you have to realize though though that its going to be hard for them to afford him, or any potential top 2 center they get back in a deal... montreal has plenty of center prospects they could give up but not anyone who can fill that role in the next year. In fact im not sure any team has a player like that

Trade for Leddy
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>linehan10</b></div><div>if not getting tatar or more of a stretch drouin or much more of a stretch domi id just rather it all be picks</div></div>
If youre talking all picks than the value likely amounts to 1st, that being said I think Montreal would rather use a 1st to get Gostibehere than Leddy so it could be tough on that front. Im not sure how the habs front office feels, but most fans would say that Tatar and Domi are untouchable and that theyd like to let Drouin go for the right price... I really dont see him as someone lamoriello likes on his team

Trade for Callahan
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>Zwui21</b></div><div>Giving up a 1st rounder in a deep draft like this year's it's a no go for me, even if we'd get a mid 2nd rounder back. Definitely not for dumping Callahan, that eventually could be bought out.</div></div>
A first could be steep but i think a buyout is unlikely since they will continue to have cap issues past this year and still have to sign Point, it could be a second and a prospect or a second and a RFA they cant afford

Habs Take a Bad Contract 1 Callahan
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>john_michael</b></div><div>No idea. But Maybe if the Habs doesn't buy him out, he would be interested to come here. I don't know he might be a serviceable vet for one year on our fourth line.</div></div>
if montreal has the cap space i think theyd be overjoyed to keep him and maybe resign him on the cheap next year if he fits well

Its hard to say... i think they both spend time in laval to start the year but could get called up
