UPL sucks in the AHL and is good in the NHL. His AHL play is worrisome. Like forgetting about his start this year, he posted a 3.28 GAA and .900 sv% in 35 games last year... Levi is a future star IMO and Andersen is quietly having a great year and a half in Carolina.

Holding onto UPL wouldnt be a bad idea IMO, but Buffalo shouldnt run UPL-Levi, have UPL struggle and force Levi into a starting role too quick.

amirov was a top 10 caliber player who dropped due to off ice reasons. I think that he is definitely worth more than two picks in the mid to late 50s or early 60s in the next 2 and 4 years

too much for Kane and giving up Kravtzov is too much. A trade for Kane should be better of the 2023 1st rounders (top 10 or 16 protected and if so it goes to the other), Kravtzov, defensive prospect and then like Blais or some other roster player

no idea where people get this idea loll. Bailey is a solid player. He plays special teams and top line minutes and has looked quite solid. It is not going to cost "a lot more than a 3rd" to dump a year and a half of Bailey. A free agent of his caliber would cost around 4 mil, the extra one mil is not gonna cost more than a 3rd lol.

Dufour isnt getting moved in a trade like this. I think that the most realistic trade at this point is Pageau for Garland. It seems like both fan bases would support it. There is no room or need for Horvat on the island tho

i dont think that this is all that far off. But it would likely be a 2023 first instead and then something like Zetterland instead of Okhotiuk. Blues have their defenseman locked up for a long time so no reason for Okhotiuk unless they sell off someone like Parayko, Krug or Faulk. Also could move Leddy but hes in year 1 of a 4 year deal and at 4mil AAV and sucks so I doubt there are any suitors for him right now.

i mean im not a rangers fan but id imagine tha rangers would need a top line forward in return. Preds dont really have a top line forward who is at the end of their deal and relatively cheap. So if you could figure that out i could see it work

He played at center throughout his junior career and is no stranger to it. And depending on how the lines work out next year, he could be strapped to 3RW. Moving Nelson would allow him to get consistent top 6 minutes. He would be able it handle it.

And Raty is ready IMO. A PPG in LIIGA is enough to give me the confidence. But we could also just overplay Pageau for a year and let Raty be the 3C then move him up.
