ARMCHAIR-GM AHL
i would really like to see in the future capfriendly add to the ARMCHAIR-GM roster simulator an AHL affiliate team build between the NHL and non roster players to all the NHL ARMCHAIR-GM simulators to show what the rest of the 50 man or less roster could look like to be published with the NHL ARMCHAIR-GM instead of just the non roster setup that we cant see when the team is published, not sure if this has been suggested before could it be a good idea or not ??

where will foligno play
personally im really hoping 3c hes played in columbus this season quite a few times in that position, his fow win percentage is way better than kerfoot or engvall and brings a veteran leadership to that line

was just coming up with trade ideas thats why we love this site, of course leafs would have to pick up a rental defender to replace dermotts production and could bury engvall and have 1.2 million to find someone to, was just asking about if things could work in trade deal between the two teams it wasnt a finished roster

really like dermott but with shortened season hopefully we wouldnt get many injuries and we do have sandin, lehtonen and timmy if need be, may lose him for nothing anyways in seattle expansion

adding extra toughness
apart from lindgren your left side is utter pants at least dermott can play big minutes and proved it many times this season and would probably play in your top 4 as your decent LD prospects are not quite ready yet, no leaf fan would want to trade him but like NYR we have to many good defensemen on one side also with NYR roster lemieux would be not much more than a 4th liner playing smaller minutes, fair trade in my opinion

there trading down only 5 places to get a centre they need NOW not one in 2 to 3 seasons when maybe ready, jets will never get that elusive 2c then without making trades coz theres not much out there centrewise

Faulk has full ntc so blues would have to protect no matter what. If Alex p resigns I think Dunn would be the one unprotected as faulk. Alex and parayko would be protected but this this would only be determined if petro resigns or not

id say trouba is worth more than 2 2nds, if you going trade him needs to be done before july 1st when his NMC kicks in and if that happened maybe the other team doesnt honour his NMC like nashville did when they traded weber for subban

i agree coleman is good, but only 1 year and a few months left on contract were as kapi is an RFA, kase is good when not injured but he is very injury prone over last 2 seasons and boston sent over a decent prospect to take on backes contract i presume

Kapanen isnt fetching a 1st, 2nd seems pretty standard for him
Also cant see Minny getting rid of Greenway for Kerfoot. Maybe put Kapanen in there instead and Minny can add a 3rd or something cause they need righties at F</div></div> kapi is worth a 1st, if the like of coleman, goodrow and kase will get you a first then surely will to the right team needing that player, plus hes young and still rfa

i understand overpay but i did state that cernak would have to be an overpay and he is everything leafs need at the moment with his defensive attributes, i would rather pay 5million to a young player who can play top line minutes, then pay for a ufa whos gonna regress like hamonic, tanev or brodie etc who would want same money over similar years

no cap change

the reason i picked ty is stars have alot of centres at moment with seguin, hintz, faksa and dickenson and even pavelski, what i know of dellandrea hes ment to play a good to way game but is a great defensive centre were he suits a more 3c to 2c role something similar to denault
