I think you can get Toews for basically whatever you want there. His game has really fallen off and I am not sure how much more his body will be able to take.

The term is what I do not like or believe they will give whoever they pick up. IMO Campbell and Ullmark are very similar . Injury prone, streaky and roughly both have .915 career save percentages.

If they wanted to give a goalie that kind of term they would have signed Ullmark last summer.

I agree, the other person I see getting top six minutes is Hagel. He played with Kane this year some and his production was high when that was the case.

I like what Faksa did in the playoffs two years ago but I get he has not been that since. His contract isn't the worst if you can get third line production.

Irrelevant to most but I saw this morning Somppi signed in Finland for next season. Not surprised he was so close before Covid pause then never turned the corner.
I do not think ABB can play in the bottom six, thats not his game. But, I do think he has a place on this team and could score some goals for them next year.

I would like to see him stay. There is a possibility he has a Tage like year. He has had the injury bug the last two seasons. Doing any business with Toronto is a no go for me.

<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>Hammerwise</b></div><div>Maybe on all that, but if you are relying on Nolan Patrick actually playing, you've built your stone castle in the sand. He has demonstrated one thing, is that he can not stay healthy and is one hit from retirement. Last year when he did play, he was incredibly poor. And that lineup is too thin and too close to the cap to continually have Patrick on the IR.</div></div>
This seems kind of personal between you and Mr.Patrick.....
Like I said there are 5 guys who can play 3C and Vegas used some many guys last year someone like Rondbjerg or Dorofeyev can come in a help at a budget cap hit while Patrick is on LTIR

Keep the Original Misfits
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>Hammerwise</b></div><div>Do you really think that Nolan Patrick is a sound choice as 3C? Why?
Or that other teams will take the VGS cap dumps for future considerations knowing that VGS cant afford to keep them?
After Lehner's issues/injuries, thats a capable backup?
The RFAs/UFA look underpaid.
The price of getting Eichel for center depth and suddenly, this is your lineup?
It just looks like a status quo, hoping for no inujuries and hoping for best results all around, but not very realistic.</div></div>
NJ is trying to compete this year and Pacioretty is someone who can score goals in bunches and Hauge is a sweetener for Zacha who can play so many roles on this team and is still getting a pay increase to play on a team that could win right now.
Chicago needs bodies and both of those guys can play in their lineup
I truly believe that in the right situation Dadonov can make an impact and Dallas seems like a good fit IMO
If Smith wants to stay he is going to have to take a pay cut.
Roy, Howden and Kolesar are bridge like deals.
Logan Thompson was more then capable down the stretch and Lehner is who he when healthy is a guy who can get hot.
Patrick is there cause that is his ideal role. The beauty of Vegas is that some of these guys can slide all around. Stephenson, Zacha, Howden, Roy and Kolesar can all play center and Zacha could slide up to the top line a produce.
Their cap problems are going to haunt them for a long time and they are going to have to have their big players carry them at times and Eichel and Stone can for sure do that when healthy.

Possible bruins lineup 1
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>griffmeister</b></div><div>Personally, I don't think it really matters. Beecher had a rough go in college then played excellent in his first few games with Prov I see him being the next 3rd line center when Coyle leaves, and sometimes it's a good thing to start players young look at Pasta for example. Lysell is extremely underrated, I don't think people realize how good of a player he truly is. I don't dislike steen but I see him as a third-line option people try to dump either him or Studnika on the fourth line and that isn't their game.</div></div>
Pasta did start in the AHL his first year and had 28 points in 25 games if Lysell can do that then he deserves a spot. The AHL/ NHL is a much different game then WHL.

Lysell and Beecher need a full year in the AHL. At some point the bruins are going to have to give Studnicka a spot to loose. Steen had a great year too he should also get a chance.
