Domi Jenner Saad
I think Jenner is the more expensive asset in the trade. FYI to all who think domi is the centerpiece. Jenner is danault lite. Perfect 3c that plays on the edge but is disciplined. He’s worth more than foligno and he got a first. So amirov is probably right. Domi for kerfoot is a toss up. When domi is on he’s better but he’s too inconsistent.

The vibe I get from Stevie is that he’s not shopping anybody but everyone is available for a price. I think Larkin is the only off limits player just because he would want to keep continuity at Captain. Other than him, even Seider would be available if a team wanted to seriously overpay.

Detroit probably makes this deal. Fabbri played little time in middle last season so loss not as impactful. Allows Veleno opportunity more minutes and would make retaining Glendening higher priority. I would prefer this move vs. losing Bertuzzi, IMHO.

That would probably work. I think Detroit would prefer to move him at the deadline as he currently slots in at 2C. Detroit doesn't have any depth at center

Really interesting 3WT that just needs some tinkering in terms of value but looking good in terms of fit: what if TB added a significant asset to go to COL?

I don’t really think finding a contender is high on Hamilton’s list of priorities. Seems like the kind of guy that wants to be in a place where he can have a bit of anonymity

Crazy idea

for most players "streaky" means going on a cold stretch for 10 games or so, not disappearing for half of a season offensively. Don't get me wrong, he's a great player for the islanders and does deserve to get paid long term, as the more experience he gets the more consistent he can become. But disagreeing with him being inconsistent is is the wrong take. The fact remains, he is hot right now and this will only help the islanders in their push to get past Boston.

Yes, and he had 8 points in the 22 games prior to that hot streak. If that's not inconsistency I don't know what is.

Russian machine
This is a Leafs fan post, so it's a good barometer on what outsiders think of the value between Strome and Kuznetsov, but given that the Rangers apparently ended Vanecek's season by kicking his legs after the whistle (he started one more game and collapsed with a leg sprain), and then successfully got Tom Wilson fined for it, I just don't see these two teams trading big pieces this summer.
Kuznetsov, Buchnevich, and Panarin would be awesome together. But so would Kuznetsov, Protas, and Ovechkin.

His new contract doesn't start till next year..so you are wrong
Also in this link below, wild are protecting dumba & cam Talbot
Michael Russo reported eric Staal being too comfortable was one reason he was traded. The offer was Guerin wanted him out from local
Not once did I say they won't lose someone. There is no chance in hell wild are losing foligno or exposing him
Michael Russo literally posted a tweet the other day saying bill Guerin would literally have a heartache then not have Marcus foligno on wild

IDGAF how Guerin feels. How do you protect both Dumba and Foligno without either players waiving NMC or Seattle being willing to make a deal? Not sure if you realized, but this site is fantasy and the scenario above isn't far-fetched: the Wild protect 8 skaters (Zucc, Parise, Ek, Fiala, Suter, Brodin, Spurgeon, Dumba) and Seattle takes Foligno. Get outside, breath some air my guy.

Wild aren't going to be interested at all on Kuznetsov. Same reason Guerin wasn't interested in Sean Monahan, . Wild gm. Has been getting rid of character problems like Staal, & adding good characters like nick bonino to the team, . Ian Cole was also added originally because of good character sono chance
So a leafs fan woke up this morning, & was like let me make wild proposals that aren't good for them
Wild aren't trading dumba, & taking back any d much less d prospect who won't play on wild
Dumba is only getting traded for top c, or 1st round pick with top c prospect
No all around to this deals
Wi li d have zero need/ room for d much less 2.
Marcus foligno is untouchable. He's not going anywhere. He was signed to 3 years extension which starts next year for a reason & he's wild team leader, & amazing player</div></div>
You lost me at Staal being a character problem. lol
He's old and slow, he's the opposite of a bad character player.
Foligno isn't untouchable if Seattle wants him. The Wild is losing someone unless they make a deal, stop acting like they won't lose someone because they absolutely will.

Pulock is a very good defenseman but Ehlers & Barzal would be stupid good and worth it. Demelo is no slouch either, would fit well in NYI.
Isles would walk away the winners IMO

Cautious Kevin
I would leave Gabriel alone though, he is not on your starting roster and I feel like we have more talented wingers that could step up. James Reimer is having an incredible year by his standards. I feel like he will get more than that $ and term wise. I would imagine he would also think of himself is a starter. Teams like Seattle or San Jose may be interested. I like the trade, however may be too much to give up for 1 year of Manson and I feel like Gustafsson has earned his chance and could be a better option than Grant. I like the Stastny and Copp signings. You could also probably get Stanley on a 2-year $925,000 contract.
I like your thinking though!

YES! I absolutely think Jets should go after a big fish RHD. I have posted a similar scenario recently! They have the cap space! PLD the following season is a challenge though!
Stanley will cost a bit more and will be in the top 6 nest season. Samberg might need another year.
Not chance Jets give Brossoit 2.5 and I think Copp goes to arbitration (again) but I like your deal here. I could see a 6 x 4.167 (25million all in) as something he signs but I think it might be more about term! Bird man is a beauty and I hope we don’t lose him but if that means keeping Apples then I’m ok with that. Nice work.
