You're over the cap, won't get positive value for Kampf, C.Tanev will get paid more since it will potentially be his last contract (don't think he'll take 1yr for the Cup contract unless it's with Colorado or Florida etc)

Letting Domi walk seems disrespectful since he'd played well for them

There's actually no reason to not use taxi squad on AGM. Obviously it doesn't exist anymore but I feel like there are lots of people who just use it to show the first call ups in case of an injury.

Reaves and Timmins wouldn't pass waivers. So it's dumb in this case. For waivers exempt, or improbable ones, maybe it makes sense.
