Bruins Offseason

Created by: kscoop
Team: 2024-25 Boston Bruins
Initial Creation Date: May 8, 2024
Published: May 8, 2024
Salary Cap Mode: Basic
Description
Tried something different. Maybe Pinto expendable with Stutzle and Norris as the top 2 centres in Ottawa. I have Poitras perhaps starting the year in Providence and being called up or a player in and out of the lineup. Heinen won't leave money on the table as he's earned but the Bruins won't pony up what he's asking for. I also feel Debrusk leaves for a good payday.

He's absolutely not expendable. You move Norris first

poitras is not a healthy scratch, so you can ditch the ottawa trade.

Ullmark literally fixes so much of our issues, but with Josh Norris being out every single season Pinto has stepped up and solidified himself as our 2C of the future. We can't afford to lose him even if the return is a stud goaltender.

Maybe Norris stays healthy until the trade deal line next season and there's a deal to be made there though I suspect Ullmark will be gone by then.

I'd rather take Norris if he is available.

He likely is, but again no team is going to trade for him until he can showcase his health.

If Ottawa is trading Norris, I am immediately more concerned about his health than I am if he stays in Ottawa
