Rossi has reliable three zone awareness and compete. He was a (+11) in 21/22 playing in the AHL for Iowa. He can be used in all situations if required
Element leans offense. He sees the ice exceptionally and makes plays in open ice and tight quarters equally. On occasion he can surprise with a quick release to the net. Off the rush he is creative and has an extra gear when needed. Projects to be a top 6 NHL forward.
