No, that's the problem. Carolina ARE NOT shopping him. Carolina want to keep him. His father said he wants top line ice time, or to be played as a full time enter. Both are reasonable asks for Necas.

The problem here is that NECAS DOES NOT WANT OUT. He wants alternative deployment. Do not blow this out of proportion. DeBrincat wouldn't sign, regardless. Necas is willing to come back. There's no reason for Carolina to move him for anything less than Pinto + Boston 1st as a STARTING point. They see Necas as a star, and he will be in ANY other team in the league.

There's probably not a trade, but there is 0 reason for Carolina to consider moving Necas without a return like that

Funny enough I think the Brady trade clears. Brink is okay but the rest of the package checks every box Ottawa would be looking for. Bonk by name aline would have Sens fans excited without even mentioning that he plays RD. Any Ottawa hockey fan is well aware of who Konecny is from his 67 days so would be very easy to get behind him being on the roster right away. Then 11th &amp; 12th this year. If he did move that's the type of package Staios would be looking for, enough coming back to distract Sens fans from moving the heart of the franchise out.</div></div>

Can take out Ottawa 2nd in Chychrun trade and I still probably do the deal
